I have been upside down for 1 year and this is the result

This is the wild ride of my handstand adventure with coach Aaron Griffiths and some Leo Moves workshop in Australia and Zurich!
This video marks the kick-off of our fifth phase - it's the beginning of the beginning! I won't pretend to be a handstand pro just yet, but watch out, because by the end of this phase, I'm determined to nail these drills.
