I had transplanted seedlings and didn’t do this! All of them was bent over after hurricane helene wind bands hit us! I had to cut them all down. Can I still plant them in FL now? I’m in 10b don’t want to be disappointed 😅😢

So many little black specks that seem the exact same shape and size on the paper. Are those from the papery part of the seed breaking, and that coming out?

Why not use a coffee filter?

Collect flower heads when ready and leave them in an alluminum tray or paper bag indoors for a week or so to dry out some more to prevent birds from feeding on them. Once completly dry, take two flower heads and rub against each other to remove seeds. In addition to seeds, which are lighly coloured and conical shaped this will also produce a lot of dark brown chaff which looks like seed but is not, which you can discard. Do not use tweezers to avoid damaging the seeds. Remember that many plants are hybrides and do not come true to seed and over time revert to single pink flowers.

Thanks for this. I have a vintage 1966 House of Lloyd globe passed down from my mom that’s new, however the water is black. I’m going to take a close look at how it’s assembled and hopefully use your technique to change out the water and get it suitable to display.

So i seem to be having a issue. I make yhe first leaf make yhe chain im doing 20 and then i chain 5 so i can but itbinto the 20th one no issue. But when i make the next leaf it pulls on the chain and leavs a big hole and idk how to fix it it doesnt look eqven or neat at all what am i doing wrong

Hello, thank you for a wonderful tutorial! Everything was working up to the point I put the stopper back in, but for the life of me I can’t prevent air bubbles once the stopper is back in. I’m putting in lots of water, maybe even too much, and have tried lots of times but no luck. Do you have any insight or advice on avoiding bubbles? Hello! I love this hat. You do a great job! I wonder if you could help me figure out an elf hat for a foam ball that is 2.8 inches. I really don't know with how many stiches to begin. I want it to be exactly like yours, but smaller version . Any help you can provide would be welcome.

I actually have a fan making that EXACT same noise... I might try to oil the back of the shaft without disassembling the motor tho and see if that works. I'll let you know how I go.
