Solo traveled, Ukraine, Russia, czech republic, Spain, Italy, India, then lived 5 years Thailand, 2 years Vietnam, 2 years Philippines and 1 in Cambodia, took 15 years. Best way to travel. I have been to many other places not listed on this singular trip.

Not really keen on your boating videos mate...stick to the usual on bike or when in pattaya...but keep yourself busy

15 years ago when I moved to CM, it was a quiet town with some backpackers here and there. There wasn't any international flights and you had to go thru BKK to go anywhere else. When the Chinese movie "Lost in Thailand" came out, the Chinese started coming here like crazy, especially with the Zero Baht Tours and flights were coming in from everywhere. This is what CM and Thailand wanted, they rely on tourism so heavily and after the pandemic they were hurting. They catered to the Chinese and now they are trying to get Indian tourists here. Not real sure why the influx of Westerners, but think it probably has to do with the legalization of marijuana and the digital nomad visa.

Looks like good vibes!! From what I've heard about Pattaya I was expecting a much sleazier vibe.

wondering here say you put an extra stamp on youre international licence (we buy the international licence here at the dutch version of the AAA and there verry eazy to forge ) to be able to drive a motorbike : do they check(ed) youre actual foreighn drivers licence ? and did the eyetest allso include reading off the eye chart ?
