Actually it turns out that you can take a bus but it's not as convenient.

We mostly did shopping, walking around, arcade, and eating on our 3rd day :)

I think depending on your location, you'll find that a lot more white women these days will date asian guys. Back 20 years ago it was a different story. Nowadays it's much more common. We met through mutual friends during our high school years.

I was a bit of an amateur at the time but now I know this to be the correct way. I love sukiyaki!

The Otter Cafe is located on Takeshita shopping street in Harajuku. The street is not that long and there's always someone outside the shop holding an otter so you won't miss it! We just walked up without a reservation. We only waited about 10 minutes to get in. Hope you can visit one day and enjoy!

I would recommend reserving a room on Booking.com or Expedia.com. We've booked Mizunoto twice through Booking.com in the past.

The head chef is a showman! Great food, very entertaining, and great hospitality.

I think you can but we didn't feed these deer. If you're really interested in seeing/feeding deer, I'd recommend you go to Nara Deer Park. It's not near Hiroshima but it's near Kyoto and Osaka.

I think it depends on the restaurant but there are definitely restaurants that have forks, spoons, and knifes. It just depends on the type of restaurant you go into.

While we were there, we had a local friend provide tickets for us. You can visit the Chez Ali Fantasia website: chez-ali.ma/ Depending on where you purchase from, it may not be that odd for the driver to collect payment upon picking you up.

It was not something we wanted but it ended up being very clearly audible in the videos. We'll be sure not to include these bells in future videos :)

Hello! Thanks for watching! We booked this ryokan through Booking.com. But you can also book through Expedia.com as well. We booked this ryokan about 2-3 months in advance but I'd recommend booking even further in advance or as soon as you possibly can. These ryokans in Hakone get booked fast! We are going back to this ryokan in November and booked through Booking.com a couple weeks ago.

Yes, when you arrive I'm sure a good portion of the day will be gone from the traveling. So we would recommend visiting the historical sights first since it won't take that much time. Miyajima would be good for the second day since you'll have a full day to take the train & ferry out to Miyajima and won't be rushed to explore the island. Miyajima was definitely our favorite part of Hiroshima. Enjoy!
