Starfox would be so cool. Id do them at least 8" long, with sounds, verbal sounds, lights, and small figures to put in them. In each set, you could include a piece, so when all are collected it makes something.

Just to throw it out there, Mass Effect has a variety of characters and obvious troop building capabilities.

There’s a definite shortage of cool spaceship toys. Something in the Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadrons or the Mattel Lightyear Hyperspeed Series sort of vein would be really cool, but I think an untapped market would be doing Wing Commander - the license isn’t terribly active at the moment so theoretically should be easier to obtain and there’s a bunch of space sim fans that would like to have models of their ships in their collection - bit more diversity in choices of ships than the Starfox ones. Plus they’re just generally cool - if they’re done in a reasonable scale people could integrate them with their Star Wars ones for displays and the like. A whole line of movie starfghters in that sort of style would be great - Last Starfighter Gunstar, Babylon 5 Starfury, Soace Above And Beyond Hanmerheads… multiple licenses, I know, but it would be good to have something more playable than the Eaglemoss/Master Replicas diecast models.

I love this channel, but it sometimes gives me weird vibes . Whomever created this channel knew what they were doing, for sure. I think the primary reason why video game figures don't airways sell very well is this.. The audience that develops such a fondness for those characters are typically also hardcore gamers. They're already saving their budget for more video games. Not much extra to spend on an action figure.

As far as the N64 Star Fox game, the Arwings were all the same. That installment also featured a tank and a submarine. For the pilots there was Star Fox, Peppy Hare, Slippy Toad, and Falco Lombardi. The fox girl came later from the gamecube dinosaur planet game, which did have Star Fox running around. I think in later games the girl took over Peppy Hare's roll as pilot while he stayed on the mothership, so you'd still only need to make 4 Arwings. For bad guys Andross would be fun and easy since you could just make him a cheap plastic mask with a hinge jaw and throw in some gloves.

I think ALLOT of taking toys never do well because they are either to expensive coming from Japanese companies or lack ousted products done by domestic companies making product that's lack ousted to say the least. jada toys and some other companies are showing there is a market for taking figures in six inch so long as the price is reasonable.

Mass effect is sreaming for a proper figure line. The square Enid fits I have where decent but the human fits had terrible face sculpts. If it was done in North America in 6 inch with a mako of hammerhead tank it would do gang busters......I hope but bioware is not the company it once was. If the Edmonton doctors who created the ip could get it back I think bioware could be huge again.

Call of duty has a great line in the megablocks mini fig and vehicles. That line was fantastic. You could customize monitors and they had huge building sets for hover craft, tanks, heels and planes. I bought a suit to of it for my nephew before he got into to Joe with his dad.

That was like watching Vincent and Jules…..with a lot less gore

I only found Anthony's channel in the last year or so. I subbed because of the toys and nostalgia, sure, but the biggest reason i subbed was because of his kindness. Hes a really good dude who deserves his success. Keep it up Froggy!

If Bobby could do a line of Metal Gear figures, I think they'd do really well. True, there's not much available on the market now, but just take a look at the aftermarket prices on all the ones from the past. Would fit in with the military theme he already has going too!

2:15 I think Nacelle did the right move with the BMFM stuff. Their strategy ensure that collectors get their figures and complete the main trio since they all came out at the same time. But, if I remember right, they did show the motorcycles from the beginning, or at least early on before production even began, so people knew the bikes were eventually going to come out. If they had packaged each one with their own respective rides, then it'd be a deluxe set with deluxe pricing on a new line from a newer company. That's more of a challenge than spacing out their products the way they did, imo. Not to mention if they released each set one by one, there's the risk that not all would have been made and thus the collection wouldn't be complete.

Star Fox is my favorite Nintendo franchise. The only official Arwing release was from Starlink (which i have). I would love a Star Fox toyline. And if it did well, maybe Nintendo would do a new game. All the Arwings in the game looked identical (same colors). Except in Star Fox Command, but that game sucked lol Main team was Fox McCloud, Falco Lombardi, Peppy Hare, and Slippy Toad. Krystal didn't join until much later. "Star Fox" is the name of the team, not the main character 😉

I've played video games most my life and i collect 3.75 starwars and a little of other things, i can't say i'd rush out to buy video game lines. I did think about the street fighter figures.. i did play that game a LOT.. and i still do have a go at versions every so often.. but i just don't have funds along side collecting starwars. For most people i think the seasonal waves when announcements are very collector focused is a problem. Before i started to really follow Starwars and Hasbro on social media i have no idea what figures were coming out and when.. until AFTER they'd come out.. and living in New Zealand sometimes that meant missing entire waves or exclusives. I cut collecting TBS mostly because Walmart exclusives a few years back became impossible to find at retail prices 4x price was the only option for the two army building mandos.. unacceptable. Gargoyles' has been the only other property lately i really wanted to collect but couldn't.. x-men 97 allowed me to pickup the main characters plus a few others for an X-men display, but i only want 4-5 more characters for it total.. So i'm thinking what else would i collect from video games.. World of warcraft i wasted so much of my life playing.. all their stuff is overpriced and statue shit.. I've got the Halo Warthog and i'd like the Banshee's but they're costly to get.. so i'll make do with just chief and his warthog. But what else is there? Starfox i never really played i cant see me caring about fire emblem figures, xcom figures- Homeworld ships could be cool.. but i'd rather collect Trek or Battlestar.. C&C to get like a mammoth tank? Got two witcher figures, based on the games the TV likeness is awful.. But yeah i'm very limited on budget on a disability welfare income - dunno what you call it in the states other than welfare. and 3.75 Starwars army building- as much as i can do is my focus so it'd have to be a very good figure and great price before i'd consider it!

Neat collection but you can tell this is something that causes a lot tension at home, I cant tell if dad is supportive or is doing his best to keep the peace. Mom clearly wants nothing part of it and is the main one who has an issue with her sons interest, hope for the best for them!

Watching Froggy's videos made me wanna get into reselling and collecting stuff from my youth, now almost 2 yrs later I recently got to quit my job to focus more full time on it. Never been happier

I would totally buy Star Fox figures. That said, I think you are right about logistics. In order to do the ships and the characters, you would probably need to go the Star Wars Vintage Collection 3.75 route. While Star Fox 64 is the most popular game in the franchise, Star Fox Command is a good place to look if you are doing vehicles. Most of the characters have their own individual ship designs.

Starfox? I wouldn't even notice if it were a toyline to collect. I don't believe that most video games have the fandom, that are willing to buy action figures. I could be wrong! I can maybe see a random person buying a starfox figure for their computer desk or something. But not an entire action figure lineup.

Jakks did 4-5 inch Starfox figures in their World of Nintendo line, and a smaller spaceship - Fox McCloud and Arwing - came out as a Starlink Battle for Atlas starter box set.

Something to consider: The last Starfox game was Star Fox Zero in 2016, and was massively unpopular with both fans and general gamers. The last game that was generally popular and well-liked in the series was over 20 years before that. Because of this, 99% of people who grew up in the 21st century have never played a Star Fox game. However... everyone's played Smash Bros. And every Smash Bros game in the last 25 years has included Fox McCloud as a playable fighter (and usually Falco, too). Because of this, I would argue that pilot figures of Fox and the gang would be even MORE popular than the vehicles, despite them not being "playable" in the original games the way the ships are (not to mention that the two GameCube games did feature large on-foot sequences). Do 4-4.5in sized figures of the pilots, one of the Arwings at that scale (probably Fox's), and then a micro scale vehicle line for the rest of the ships and you've got a great toyline with a decent chance of success.

Nacelle properties have been sitting at my Walmart since their release. Idk anyone irl that has bought them outside of youtubers. Same with Simpsons, Sonic and Mario. Mario is all over my Ollies actually. Star Fox, idk. I'd buy a ship of it was 3,3/4" compatible otherwise I'm out.
