Hi, I recently moved to India (10 days back). Already have my express entry profile (haven't received ITA yet) which I created earlier while I was in Canada. I am planning to stay in India till my pr is confirmed. So, should I change my country of residence from Canada to India ? and get pcc from psk in India or through BLS International ? Kindly advise. I have a question - with the new announcement for no more additional points for LMIA based jobs coming into effect probably in Spring 2025, if I was to create a profile in early January 2025 and mention that I have a job with LMIA, will I be given the 50 additional points when my profile is created? Hi Raj, I have an question. So, I completed my BSc degree and got my WES certification in 2022 for it. However, I started my MBA after that and did WES for that later as well. So, in my 2nd WES certification highest education qualification is mentioned as Masters. In the 2nd WES evaluation sheet, my BSc degree details are included as well including original WES report date. So, if I need to proof my BSc degree equivalency what WES number should I use? Is updated document is sufficient? Thanks!

Hi , I have a question. Let’s say employer has 65 employees with 33 being Canadian citizens or PR. And employer filled already 11 applications under OINP including student and worker stream. Will the employer can provide employment form for 12th candidate with the same number of employees and citizens ? In summary, the limit of 3 or 5 is per employee/ position or a total limit?

Where does it tell you how much your CRS score is when you create a profile?

1) For Canadian work experience - What if I'm between 1 and 2 while applying, I choose 1, but in a few months, I complete 2 years of work experience in Canada, will the system automatically update or will I have to do that manually? 2) For Field of study column - What if people have more than one degrees/diplomas after high school? Which one should they mention? If I have a bachelor's from India and a 2-year diploma from Canada - both in totally different fields, what should we mention here? 3) For the certificate to 'practice' - What if someone is a photographer? You don't need 'qualifications' to work as a photographer. What would you do then? 4) If I've been working in my current company part-time (on call) as a full-time student, but then became permanent and started working full-time AFTER finishing college and getting on PGWP, what date would I add?

Hello, based on what you mentioned in the video, I just wanted to confirm: I did not claim my tax returns in April 2024 as an international student. Can I still include that, and can I add the tuition fees I will pay in 2025 to the 2025 tax form? so for example: I paid $25000 last year and I will be paying $25000 in the upcoming year for my tuition, I should therefore enter $50000 in box 5?

Hi, I have a question on education level. I have completed my chartered accountant degree from India which is equivalent to bachelor’s as per ECA. However I have also completed my CPA in Canada which is technically a professional designation but as it’s a Canadian course it wasn’t verified through ECA. Should I submit highest education as In masters or professional designation category or in bachelors.

However, I have a couple of questions that weren't addressed: My first full-time job was under TEER 2, and my current job falls under TEER 0/1. When filling out the application, should I start with the TEER category for my current job and then include both jobs in the work history section? Am I understanding this correctly? If someone already has a non-Express Entry profile under the Master's Graduate Stream, can they also submit an application under Express Entry through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Stream? Would that be legally acceptable? Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for creating such a helpful video!
