Thank you for such an informative video! It was incredibly helpful. However, I have a couple of questions that weren't addressed: My first full-time job was under TEER 2, and my current job falls under TEER 0/1. When filling out the application, should I start with the TEER category for my current job and then include both jobs in the work history section? Am I understanding this correctly? If someone already has a non-Express Entry profile under the Master's Graduate Stream, can they also submit an application under Express Entry through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Stream? Would that be legally acceptable? Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for creating such a helpful video!
Job Offer question is not only for who have an LMIA but for all and we needd to select whatever is applicable. This information was provided in other videos. Can you please confirm this is the case?
Hey, I have worked through an agency in some of the companies and they provided me with the job letter, not the company. So what should I fill the section of company name and its address ? Is it the name and address of the company or agency
The agency is your company not the client. So, the name of agency goes as long as paystub comes from agency and it was a full-time role and not a contractor/corporation.
Hey Raj Patel. Thanks a lot for making this video. I was so much confused about the job offer letter thing, but you are the first one who addressed it. I just have one more question. I have been working full time in Canada since 13 March'2023, so I will complete one year on 12 March'2024. Back in India, I have an experience of 3.5 years in a skilled trade. So now I am confused about what should I put in my primary job responsibility. If I put my Canadian work NOC Code, I am worried if I would be deemed ineligible in CEC. Can I put my Indian NOC as of now to put my file in the pool and once 12 March arrives, I go into the portal again and change the primary job responsibility to my Canadian NOC Code, so that my file becomes eligible under CEC? Thanks a lot in advance brother!
Hi, for creating express entry profile, you have to provide all your experiences, even though your primary occupation is different right now, you will be eligible for FST with your indian experience, try with your current experience first and if it doesn’t work, recreate with indian experience as primary. All the best!
Hi Raj. I still have the confusion. So if I make indian experience as the primary now, then will my file automatically be considered for CEC once 12 March arrives and I complete one year of work in Canada? Or if I do not receive an ITA by then, I would have to come back and reset my primary occupation as my current job, and then only system will pick my file under CEC? I mean what I think is that even if I make my Indian Experience as primary right now, as soon as one year is done for Canada, I would become automatically eligible for CEC. Does it work this way?
Because I think if I put my current job as primary, then it would be like asking to consider my canadian work experience, and the minimum eligibility is 1 year. So i mean the system will automatically consider my file to be ineligible. I mean logically it looks like this.
How about updating the profile after submitting the profile? Will the total CRS score change, and how will we get to know about it? And how many times we can update the profile after submission?
thanks for so helpful video... ECA for foreign Bachelor degree increases points for the applicants who has Canadian Master degree in Express Entry? I received my Bachelor's Degree back home, then received my Master's Degree in Canada. Do I need to get an ECA report for my Bachelor's degree for Express Entry? If we made an ETA process to go to Canada as tourists last year, should I answer "yes" to the question "Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?" And should we have a Unique Client Identifier (UCI)? Does it affect anything if I say "no"? If we have an ECA report for a bachelor's degree, should we also have one for high school? What type of proof do we need to provide for the work history/job we put on the application?
If you have uci then please use it. Uncle is not blood relative. No need for high school eca. Job reference letter and pay stubs required for proofs. If you need more guidance please reach out invest4k.com/book-appointment

Hi,Thanks for supporting the channel. You just have to mention the number of dependents while creating the Express Entry profile, you will be able to add your kids details once you get the invitation for PR, they don't need kids details at this point as it doesn't affect your points at all. If you will check thoroughly, each section that is needed to create profile will be decided the CRS points, kids are not a criteria for it. I hope that helps, please subscribe if the channel is useful.
I appreciate your content on Express Entry, but there’s a major gap that I, and many others, are struggling with. I only have 1560 hours of continuous student skilled work experience in Canada, which meets the minimum eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program but doesn’t qualify for points under work experience. I’m trying to create my EE profile to be considered under FSW, not Canadian Experience Class (CEC), but the options are confusing. There’s no clear guidance on how to ensure this experience counts only for minimum eligibility without earning points. It would be super helpful if you could make a detailed video on this topic, as it’s a unique but common issue that’s not being addressed. Thanks!
Hi Sylvia, thats very similar, just more applicants when questions asked, I can also help reviewing it if you are confused. invest4k.com/book-appointment
Thank you for this helpful and detailed video. I’m confused with the question?Studying Full time while doing this job? YES/NO? I’m currently graduated and on PGWP. However i get my job while I was a student, I was studying full time while working. Do I answer No because I’m not a full time student anymore or Yes cause technically I did start working while in school. Your help will be appreciated, I’m kinda stuck on that question?
Hi, I am glad the video is helping, please do subscribe if you want to watch more videos like this on Immigration and making a better financial future. For your question, if its a part-time job, you can say "Yes", if its a full-time job, its not possible to do a full-time job while studying as per your work permit so that would make it illegal before you graduated. So make sure if its a transition from part time to full-time job, you have 2 entries, 1 for part time and 1 for full time. If you need any other help please feel free to book me tidycal.com/rajpatel

Very informational video. I have a question. For context: I have 1 year experience in Teer 1 job and this year from June I started working for another job under Teer 3. My employer has applied for PR supporting lmia. It’s currently being processed. In the “Work history” section, under “Occupation” at 20:40, the primary occupation would be the job in which I have 1 year experience or the one that I’m currently doing? Please advise.
I am looking to add PR Supporting LMIA on my EE profile. And currently I am on Post Graduate Open Work permit. Does anyone know the answer to this question. Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? And it gives following options: -"Yes" -"No" -"No - My work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to an international agreement" -"No - My work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to a Federal-Provincial agreement" -"No - My work permit is exempt from an LMIA for other reasons and is employer-specific"

Hello Raj, Your video is helping us lot, but I have one question. Do we need to add all our work experience in work history that we gain during our continued study as well or Do Just we need to add full time experience after completing study ?
The section where they ask you if you have any relative in Canada who is a citizen? Does it mean it can be my aunt and uncle who are not immediate family or don't have a blood relation? Can I include them?
I'm new to Canada, came through my employer working with closed WP. And I'm about to have 1 year exp. by Nov 2024, and i'm LMIA exempted and my employer filed a amendment petition recently to change with role and location change which is in progress with IRCC. with this amendment petition my role and NOC code is changing. however my duties on both NOC codes overlap, in this case which NOC code i should choose as my Primary occupation when i submit my express entry profile by December 2024 (assuming my petition would be approved by IRCC then)?
And what about job offer if we are on pgwp and have job offer for one 1 year does it consider without 1 year of experience? Or it needs to be lmia specific ?
Hi Raj, Thank you for the informative video. I have a slight doubt regarding a question in education section. I have completed 2 year pg diploma in Canada. It has a prerequisite of having to complete bachelor's for applying for the course. My question is, what should I be selecting for the level of education for a pg diploma. The options im having 1.Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institutes 2. Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute 3. Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession. Hope you can help me.
Hi, I have a question about creating my Express Entry (EE) profile. I have an employment letter that states I started working in August 2022. However, at that time, I was a student working part-time. In April 2023, I began working full-time since students were allowed to do so, and I received my work permit in July 2023. My question is: For the “From” section in the work experience, should I use the start date (August 2022) or the date I received my work permit (July 2023)? Currently, I have entered the start date, and it’s counting as two years of experience, which has given me extra points. Could you please help me clarify this? Thanks

Hello Raj, please I need assistance. I completed 3 years of National Diploma and an additional 1 and a half years for my B-Tech. Upon obtaining an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from WES, they evaluated only the highest level, stating that it is equivalent to a 4-year degree. Now, my question is, when filling out the Education History section on the Express Entry profile, should I include only the highest level that was evaluated and add the National Diploma in the Personal History section? Or should I include both levels under the Education History section? I want to ensure accuracy and avoid any mistakes, so your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @invest4k . I have a question for work history. I am applying for PR but curently I am not employed i am looking for new sector to work in. I worked a keyholder job which was part time, however I still worked full time hours and overtime. In work history do I have to provide the Indian experience or only Canadian one. What should I mention as per the above scenario?
HI Raj, if I said, 'Yes' to the Intended work in Canada' section, but answered, 'No' to all the LMAI questions, 0 points will be awarded, right? I recently got an ITA, and I noticed I put, 'Yes' to the question but, 'No' to everything else. I am unsure if I got 50 points - would the points have its own line or would it have been factored in another category? I changed it to, 'No' when I did the forms and checked my score and it did not change (drop) but I am curious. Your response is appreciated! Thank you.

If we made an ETA process to go to Canada as tourists last year, should I answer "yes" to the question "Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?" And should we have a Unique Client Identifier (UCI)? Does it affect anything if I say "no"?
If I have uncles living as residents and I mark it in "Relatives in Canada," what type of proof do I need to provide?
If we have an ECA report for a bachelor's degree, should we also have one for high school?
What type of proof do we need to provide for the work history/job we put on the application?
If you have uci then please use it. Uncle is not blood relative. No need for high school eca. Job reference letter and pay stubs required for proofs. If you need more guidance please reach out invest4k.com/book-appointment

After coming to Canada, I lost my passport, and then got it re-issued. While creating express entry profile, should I mentioned the information about my old passport as well?
What to put under street address for employer if working remotely?
Hi Raj,
I have some questions if you can answer those would be great help.
I am planning to create my Express Entry profile under OINP - Skill Trade Stream.
1) I am married and I haven't got my spouse ECA yet. can I update her ECA after submitting Express entry profile?
2) Under Application and Profile details section there is a question (Which province or territories would you consider living in?) (your video time 17:27) - My Question - What should i select? should i select all provinces or only ontario?
HI,
1) you can update your profile after, yes
2) select all provinces.
Dear brother, at which step i can add my kids information? For spouse it was very clear and easily added.
Thanks a lot... subscribed... its worth it.
Very well explained!
I am glad it helped you :)
In terms of Celpip , when the EE profile language valid from the "Date of test results" or "Date of language test"
Pretty much same date of test
Thanks!
Sure, I will look into it and plan to create a video or probably a live stream.
Should we include both our bachelor’s degree from our home country and our postgraduate degree from Canada in our education history?
Your video really helped me so much. Thank you for this amazing content. Keep doing what you're doing.
I am glad my efforts are helpful to some of you :)
Hi raj, please do you have a video showing step by step how to enter the express entry pool for a couple and a baby
@@invest4k Thanks for your response. I’ll definitely subscribe! I think I might book a consultation with you. Per the website it doesn’t look like you have anymore openings today?
Yes, please book your time as per the availability. If you need any urgent help, please reach out at raj@invest4k.com, I will try to find a slot for the day.
@@invest4k I'm also looking for the exact same answer. To manage the after COVID shock, the Canadian government allowed Study Permit (SP) holders to work full time until the end of 2023. During that time I started my full time job even if I was in my SP. Then after 5 months when I completed my degree, I continued doing that job under PGWP. So what should I select in this case?
@@SabbirHossain-pj4uh did u get an answer for this?
What if i have nomination certificate expired, should I have to say yes/no for nomination certificate received?
You have to say No in that case as its not valid
Great vid, thanks!
I'm removing my part-time jobs while I was a full-time student since those don't count for any points!
Great decision, makes file simpler!
Can you tell me why i am unable to sign the last page of my application. My all columns are completed but when i click sign, it goes back to home page.
Probably session issue
Very informational video. I have a question. For context: I have 1 year experience in Teer 1 job and this year from June I started working for another job under Teer 3. My employer has applied for PR supporting lmia. It’s currently being processed. In the “Work history” section, under “Occupation” at 20:40, the primary occupation would be the job in which I have 1 year experience or the one that I’m currently doing? Please advise.
You need atleast 1 year experience in primary occupation so please do that for now.
I am looking to add PR Supporting LMIA on my EE profile. And currently I am on Post Graduate Open Work permit.
Does anyone know the answer to this question.
Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
And it gives following options:
-"Yes"
-"No"
-"No - My work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to an international agreement"
-"No - My work permit is exempt from an LMIA due to a Federal-Provincial agreement"
-"No - My work permit is exempt from an LMIA for other reasons and is employer-specific"
do you have PGWP?
My score brought zero and automatically made me ineligible despite meeting all the factors. Please what am i doing wrongly
Something wrong, please feel free to reach out, I can spot error for you. tidycal.com/rajpatel/express-entry-profile-doubts-30-min
Why the score shows a lot of difference in EE profile when comparing with CRS tool ?
For me, in EE - it is showing way less than in CRS tool
Hi, you are definitely making some mistake in either calculating CRS or creating profile. Please reach out raj@invest4k.com if you need any specific help. Also watch the common mistakes video on channel for common errors.
I'm gonna make your video as my guide. Thank you so much. Keep it up sir..😊
Happy to help ❤️
Hello Raj,
Your video is helping us lot, but I have one question.
Do we need to add all our work experience in work history that we gain during our continued study as well or Do Just we need to add full time experience after completing study ?
Hi, only the experience after completing studies are needed.
The section where they ask you if you have any relative in Canada who is a citizen? Does it mean it can be my aunt and uncle who are not immediate family or don't have a blood relation? Can I include them?
Its blood relatives only
I'm new to Canada, came through my employer working with closed WP.
Hey mate!! awesome video. Do you have a tutorial on how to fill out the PR online application in IRCC account after receiving ITA?
Hi, not as of now, if there is enough interest, I will do it soon! Thanks for suggestion :)
If we have a candian degree snd a degree from home country do we need to do eca for home country degree before submitting it ?
Depends if your canadian degree is highest credential or home country degree, if home country degree is highest you need evaluation else not.
I have a master's degree from Canada and then another masters from my home country do I need evaluation ? Does it effect scores ?
Ideally not needed as you will use your Canadian masters to gain scores, but its a good to have.
And what about job offer if we are on pgwp and have job offer for one 1 year does it consider without 1 year of experience? Or it needs to be lmia specific ?
Not sure about your ask.
Hi Raj,
Thank you for the informative video. I have a slight doubt regarding a question in education section. I have completed 2 year pg diploma in Canada. It has a prerequisite of having to complete bachelor's for applying for the course.
My question is, what should I be selecting for the level of education for a pg diploma. The options im having
1.Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institutes
2. Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
3. Master's degree, or professional
degree needed to practice in a licensed profession.
Hope you can help me.
Hi,
I am glad its helpful. For your highest education, it should be 2 year program at a university or college.
Thanks
Hi, create 2 sections, 1 while you were studying and 1 while on pgwp. It was always illegal to work full time as a student, they only allowed to work more than 20 hours but not full time, make sure what you enter as it may get you into trouble.
I have a question at the "Relatives in Canada" section, I have a brother in canada but he is adopted. Should I consider him as a relative in canada or not?
What type of document I am to provide for jobs done back home please?
Hello, i have a question regarding hours per week, I'm qualified to apply if partime hours equivalent to fulltime , however my employer has given me total number of hours worked from a certain date to date, so what number can i put in that section as its partime job and it varies every week. Please and thank you
Hello, I do not meet federal skill work criteria. What does it mean?
Pleade explain?
I might have to look at the file to explain. there could be many reasons.
I received a nomination certificate and accepted the letter. But in the section "nomination and selection" the options are unable to be selected and change to YES. I already created the profile before to receive a provincial nomination letter. How can I make the option YES available?
No, you dont need to edit your profile now, you can do YES when you receive ITA. All the best!
I do have UCI number of study permit documents, PGWP documents. Which one I can use now
If you will look carefully, its same everywhere
Really helpful!!
I am glad its helping :) Thanks for supporting the channel.
Thank you video. I have completed my Express entry pool and added my all education including Canadian education but in system is not showing points for Canadian education. Please advise how do I resolve this problem . Btw, all the other point are taken into account except the Canadian education point (15).
Great video Raj, thanks
Glad you liked it!
I’m not claiming points on my EE profile for my Canadian education. It says 0 how can I correct this?

Hi!
How can a person add 6 months of experience under healthcare category on EE profile. How will the system detect that ?
System will detect by NOC code
Is it safe to apply even if we are still waiting for our work permit extension? So I still have a pending application on my gckey account and its still in progress.. Pls advise
Hi, I love your videos. They are really useful. I was creating my account for express entry and have following doubts
1.I don't have last name, how should I proceed?
2. What should I write in option that how much money will you bring to immigrate to Canada? (Note : I'm single person applying for express entry)
3. In the number family members section, it is written in bracket that this includes you, your spouse and dependent children, and their dependent children. I'm not married and I live with my parents and brother, we are total 4 members. So, what should I write in family member section 4 or 1?
Kindly help me out..Thanku

Hi, while coming to Canada on a work permit my consultant didn’t add my previous experience without which i lack scores, can we add that experience while creating profile for cec?
Where to upload work certificate? Police certificate and other a lot of stuff? May be in later stage ?
Later stage once you get ita.
Hi,
I will have to check the details of the documents to ensure correctness, please feel free to book appointment. Ideally you have to add all credentials just need to see where to apply eca
Thanks for the video - very helpful! Question though: it can take time before sitting a language test and I would like to have my profile created ASAP to be in the pool. Can I input "estimated" language test result + fake ref # just to be in the pool, and edit that info later? (assuming results will be positive and makes me legible). I know I would have time to take the tests while waiting for an invitation hence would rather create the profile as early as possible and get the docs later..
Thanks!
Hi, yes. But just have to make sure that you don't get ITA because if you do then you will have to keep the same score.
Is there some video filling out the job offer section with an LMIA exception job offer?
Not yet, but if you need help with your express entry profile, please feel free to book an appointment invest4k.com/book-appointment/
1) Is Proof of Funds compulsory for an International Student who is on a work permit now and do they require 6 months statement or if we do not have this amount can we deposit the amount now for Proof of Funds? 2) Can a Pharmacy Assistant with only 6 months experience create an Express Entry Profile for PR? 3) Under which program can she apply? Is it CEC? Confusing.
I was doing full time paid internship during my studies and this internship also continued for 8 months on my work permit. I am looking to count this for my Canadian experience, but what should I indicate my start date of employment as? The date my work permit was applied as the experience gained as a student does not count? I joined the company as a student before I was on work permit.
Internship in canada cannot be counted towards cec, you can divide experience into 2 parts - one while studying and one after
Can we retake the ELP test after the Express Entry submission? Ex. min CLB score is 6 for Teer 2, which meets the ELP requirement, but can i retake just in case I get CLB 7 to boost my CRS scores?
Please I need your assistance to apply for the Express entry.
Hi, please reach out to raj@invest4k.com
Lmia pr stream is approved am I eligible to apply for Pr immediately or should I apply for work permit first
Hi, I am not able to understand your question. LMIA is a part of closed work permit, you will need the work permit in order to be eligible for PR in this case.
You are amazing, thank you!!
Thank you for the video.
Please I have a question can corrections be made in a PR application.
That is a minute mistake of adding your location to the name of your work place in the EE profile.
If you mean by this profile, yes you can! if you mean after submission of ITA application, yes through webfrom, if needed help, please reach out tidycal.com/rajpatel/express-entry-profile-doubts-30-min
@@invest4k thank you 🙏🏾
Hi @invest4k . I have a question for work history. I am applying for PR but curently I am not employed i am looking for new sector to work in. I worked a keyholder job which was part time, however I still worked full time hours and overtime. In work history do I have to provide the Indian experience or only Canadian one. What should I mention as per the above scenario?
Hi, In experience you can mention all your experiences for which you would like to claim points and can show Experience letter + pay stubs.
Hi Raj, I've open PGWP, but it does not have a NOC code. I've a valid lmia. Need help with it please.
Hi, I will be happy to help with your specific queries, please book a 30 mins call through the link in description. All the best!
Thank you.
You can change those details if you received 0 points and reject the invitation if you received 50 points and wait for next round.
Thanks for the information. I have a question on the part of occupation, what if the NOC is the same job or function backhome and after graduation? What is the date to be entered? Thanks
you start with when you first completed your studies for the occupation.
Hello, thank you for your helpfull video. I fill up the application totally, but the website doesn't show my score and says : I am not elligible for any program. Could you please tell me why I can not see my score ?
