Is this the Best Place to Meditate in the World? | Kasar Devi's Magnetic Power | Almora, India
Kasar is a relatively unknown hill station on the outskirts of Almora, India. But it has been a famous hideaway for many spiritual aspirants, from Swami Vivekananda to a who's who from the hippies during the counterculture movement, with the likes of Timothy Leary, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, and even Uma Thurman as a three-year-old visiting this stunning location in the Himalayas. The magnetic pull (pardon the pun) for people coming to Kasar is that it is considered one of three places in the world where there is a unique anomaly in the Van Allen radiation belt, with Stonehenge and Machu Picchu being the other two. This unique anomaly is why many believe it is one of the most powerful places to meditate in the world, which has drawn people from all around the world for centuries. Join us as we attempt to unlock the secret's of Kasar and feel the sacred power of this mysterious place.

I actually do believe in the numerous vortex's around the Gaia grid laylines; Lake Titicaca in Peru is another one, the Giza Pyramid, Stonehenge, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Kailash, Volcanoes in Maui, Hawaii etc., they definitely exist, these places where the veil is thinner. Namaste and enjoy! 🙏🏼♥

🙏🙏🙏❤💚💛💙🤍Hi intrepid pilgrims, your video appeared on my screen on the 23rd of August, which I take to be a serendipitous omen as I am the cusp of my return with termas for updating the Dharma for the Age of Aquarius. A vital part of the updating will be undertaken at the New Nalanda University of South Africa, the halfway point between the East and West. I am looking forward to visiting my former home territories before long. In the meantime, many thanks and blessings to both of you for showing me the condition of Buddhism in the modern world because the new dharma is for all Buddhists and Buddhists to come. Love, compassion, goodwill and peace to all sentient beings. 🤟🤟

Thank you again for such golden memories; my visit was unforgettable and I still revisit old photographs to this day. I remember having a nose bleed on my first day there, lol, I went straight out to visit the nearest monasteries and had to cut my day short, as I felt nauseous and had not given myself time to acclimatise, even though my driver had warned me to go easy. Looks like they have more trees too then previous, there were many young saplings I recall, so, it's good to see the extra bit of green. Yep, thank goodness for my woolly hat, which went everywhere with me, like a tea cosy. Take care and catch up soon 🙏🏼

Wow, unbelievable, these places never change, they stay exactly the same, although that wall on the left within the main Hemis temple had been painted over, since my visit in 2016, however, does not take away the sheer beauty you witness on site. Lol, I remember feeling super cold and my feet going numb to the point, I could not feel them and had to bask in the sun on one of the roofs. Yes agreed, I have an iconic photo of three monks on their phones, which blew me away at the time and I remember thinking, why would they need a phone out here. I think that stupor may be new too, I don't recall seeing that on my trip to Hemis; can you post the name of the cafe where you stopped to have brekkie please. Thanks again for sharing folks, appreciated. ♥
