- Just a short drive from Leh in Ladakh are many ancient monasteries in beautiful villages nestled in the Himalayas. We rented a motorbike to explore these monasteries and are also on the hunt for some amazing local butter tea and, of course, our staple, masala chai. Tea point is amazing stay

India was gripped by heatwave in May. You guys chose the right time for Ladakh.
