When you do wing missions everybody gets a cut of what the other person does. Also the mission itself doubles up so you complete it for your friends and your friends completed for you. It really is way faster as long as you have the friends that are efficient.

Yes the list was created before SCO drives came out, it was a marker for planets that will take a long time flying to.

Still takes a good couple of minutes to get to. Unless there is a way to stabilize the sco and to decrease the fuel consumption

While its not the 560 mill run it once was, it can still bring in 210 mill in 30-35 mins . I did look at running 3 spare accounts as copilots in horizon mode , as I had them sitting about from when Epic Games gave the base game away for free one Christmas time. The Extra pips were nice , but due to the sliding % when it comes to payments based on combat rank it became a pain to set up. To make it worth doing to funnel credits to the main account , you would need all three copilots ranked up to Dangerous so they would get a 70% payout of the original combat bond. This did make each kill worth 61.5mill, but thought of spending time juggling cargo on a fleet carrier to compile the credits did not look fun to me. Add on top to promote this in a video to those who missed the free giveaway may of come across a promoting a pay to win path. I spent today testing out my old video with trade missions to see how it held up over time and updates. I'm glad to say it is still viable as I made almost 1.2 billion with boom/exp cargo missions for things like tritium , silver, indite ect. Just need to become an ally rep with the factions for the top 35-50m missions, I find scanning 5 earth like worlds and selling the 5mill data to the station jumps me to instant ally making the set up a lot faster.

Piracy is deffo viable. It doesn't make much money but that's not the point.

@@nuggytube only times I've tried it, if you can avoid blowing up the ship you want to pirate they release their cargo running at full speed and you can barely get to scoop most of it up, it's in dire need of reworking

While silent running / heat sinks drop's the heat out put to 0 , we can still be detected if we fly very close to the target we wish to evade. Its the same with Thargoids they can see us from far out , but as soon as we go to 24% heat and under we are free to fly about the Titan as long as we don't get too close to a ship.

Silent running/being cold makes you hard to resolve on scanners, not impossible. Depending on the sensors of the ship trying to scan you you'll be resolved on their end at about 150-300m, drastically increased if the ship in question is a player with Long Range engineered A rated sensors.

Oddly the offset seat of a Python had almost no change that I could see out side of human error on each drop in. I was expecting more of an adjustment needed in testing but ended up putting it down to development staff saving time and work by just copy pasting values and not re adjusting it for the off sett seating.

The best thing to do is to look at your own ship hologram. It too as aligned to the front of the ship and so you should imagine the optimal angle to be the mirror image of that ship hologram. Essentially if it looks like the holograms on both sides of the scanner are pointed to the same point you're aligned

It depends on what method you want to use and what type you are looking to kill . If it is just the Orthrus with out having to rely on premium ammo , I would keep with the Anaconda for its brute force and ability to do this activity in comfort.

@@StewiePlaysPC In fact, i am asking if you are a bit "poor" in game. I saw the anaconda is 146 millions. So if you have less money, is it possible to make maybe less money but with more affordable ships?

@@Bombastic0013 It boils down to damage out put in a small window of time to kill the Orthrus, once the Thargoid jumps in you have about 74 seconds before it jumps out. Ax Missiles while inflicting 1% on shields and 2% damage on hull per missile , they have a fire rate of 2 seconds and a reload time of 5 seconds to factor in. Here is an example of a Chieftain i was asked about a few days back. Each missile RoF 2 seconds reload of 5 seconds ammo clip 12 and 8 CHIEFTEN 3 launchers first 8 shots = shields on 76% time on 16 seconds ammo clip 4 and 0 2 shots and reloading = shields on 74% time on 21 seconds ammo clips 0 and 8 2 shots and reloading = shields on 72% time on 26 seconds ammo clips 12 and 6 6 shots = shields on 54% time on 38 seconds ammo clips 6 and 0 2 shots and reloading = shields on 52% time on 43 seconds ammo clips 4 and 8 4 shots = shields on 40% time on 51 seconds ammo clips 0 and 4 2 shots and reloading = shields on 38% time on 56 seconds ammo clips 12 and 2 2 shots = shields on 36% time on 60 seconds ammo clips 10 and 0 2 shots and reloading = shields on 12% time on 65 seconds with the 1% shield loss per 3 seconds ammo clips 8 and 8 3 shots = shields on 0% time 71 seconds Thargoid jumps out in 3 seconds. Hi there, that is odd that no signal sources are being detected. I mainly have the filters set to ignore everything other than the signals mainly to save time scrolling the list. I would try removing all filters to rule out it being bugged, and then try seeing if any unidentified signals are showing up in the full spectrum scanner. If there is still no signals to detect hop to a near by system to check if any are populating at all. If its the same in all systems and not even the full spectrum scanner is seeing anything I would think about opening a support ticket as something should of shown up by this point. I hope this helps in some way let me know what the outcome is please as this is quite odd. o7

@@StewiePlaysPC Sorry for the late reply, I don't get to play so often! Not sure what was happening but sources are visible now, no settings changed, just was not getting them before. Too lazy to top up on all types but my inventory of manufactured mats is now quite healthy - thank you :) I notice your guide misses 2 of the 10 manufactured material types - exquisite focus crystals and biotech conductors - any ideas on the best way to gather these please? cross trading works well enough for me with the ease of farming but curious if there is a better way :) Thanks again for the guides, keep it up!
