Something doesn't look right with that fairing! It looks uneven. When you were painting it, the one side was longer than the other. It looks too stubby and chunky. The area where a screen would go is too high and not long enough nose. A racer is low and thin and streamline. I'm not sure what style you're going for, but it's certainly not a café racer. But each to their own.

What are the putties you used on top of the foam for the solid outside ?

For the ladder trick, you might want a chair or even few wooden blocks to secure under the engine bottom and stop that bike from spinning around. I heard Fortnine years ago reverted the footpegs, secured with jacks then jacked the bike on a ladder. Either way I guess. Wish you the best with your project!

Paint it graphite grey and monarch orange. Both are metallic paints. Give it an old race bike stripe on side fairings.

How are you planning on holding the fairing in place and if you mount the headlight inside the fairing or with brackets and just slide it in the fairing body! Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

You need bigger jets , try 125

install an air filter. engine performance will improve.

Good evening, what brand are those carburetors? I'm interested in my kz650.

I struggled with this same problem for months just to realize the intake boots from the carb to the engine were not sealed completely causing it to run on two cylinders the carb boots on your bike appear to be the only thing you haven't replaced

I had a 93 with polished frame all black farings I removed that cage and choped the front farings just above the guages was so sweet best wheelie bike ever made in my opinion
