Wow that's a lot of work into that bike! My first bike was a 75 cb750. I built it into a Cafe and put the Supersport 4 to 1 header on it and a shortened yoshimura muffler. Was the best sounding cafe I've ever heard!
Some commentary on the video would be appreciated. What are u using. Y did u pick that. What ur doing. Wait times. Super awesome build so far can’t wait to see the rest.
Some commentary on the video would be helpful, watching i pretty much picked up what you were doing other than the products youre using and some parts where you fast forwarded i wasnt able to see what you were doing in some spots. A buddy of mine used to use this purple paste that was fiber optic and would go back and sand it down. Just trying to see if its the same products just different brands? Other than that it looks good. Look forward to part 3
hello! amazing job you are doing with the motorcycle!!! Question, the size of the seat you see, wouldn't it have been better to make it all out of foam? to make it more comfortable, or are you going to put the battery underneath?
I will be adding some foam to the seat, I did it that way because I wanted to paint the rear hump, also that battery will be going under the rear section
has all the design language and shape of a minion (if you'd have applied cling film to the foam before the fibers, you wouldn't have had to spend hours separating the two)
Do you have enough ground clearance ,it may be just the camera angle ,but there doesn't seem to be much clearance from bottom of fairing great video ,lot of work well done 👍

This spring weather has me itching to get this bike finished so I can ride. Who all has gotten out to ride this year??🖐️
Absolutely have been riding as much as I can with my schedule 🏍
Only weather I refuse to ride in is ice, apart from that I’m out all year.
i love your works ! good job

You’re doing a great Job Bro!
Awesome build.
Look forward to update
Happy to see the end result. Would you mind sharing how thick (aproximatly) and how much fiber glass did you use for the front fairing alone?
I used 3 layers of fiber glass, only a couple of mm thick

What are the putties you used on top of the foam for the solid outside ?

Awesome
Aren't you making a mold from it, to make your final light weight fairing?
has all the design language and shape of a minion (if you'd have applied cling film to the foam before the fibers, you wouldn't have had to spend hours separating the two)
What did you use to cover the fiberglass and make it look smooth?
It is a reinforced body filler, used to smooth out and strengthen the fiberglass
Thanks!
Wwoa ❤❤❤
I love it mate🦾🖤

It will be pretty low but I should have enough clearance for normal everyday riding
thank fuck you posted it
I would have put a pocket in the seat to help not smash the Gerber Babies.
Haha I will be adding some foam to hopefully help with that
