After I did the new firmware update now my thing doesn't even want to turn on! Support sucks it's been 5 months now. They keep telling me to hold the power button for 8 seconds to put it in the update mode and I keep telling them that it doesn't even want to stay powered on. 6 emails and they're still telling me the same thing. You cannot remove any drivers or install any of the drivers if the unit doesn't want to stay powered on. I'm fed up with this company. Pedals Wheels Etc so much money and I can't even use it. Don't recommend

This is the biggest POS ever. what a complicated pairing mess...smashed mine and it felt so good (got it free and the left earbud never worked....fooking windows could never find this ........look elsewhere if looking for earbuds. Thanks for the video man but the left side NEVER worked.......Airpods are the way to go, fook this cheap shite

Also, if you ever wanna take the earbuds apart u can easily take a nail, put it in the light port and gently pry up. Comes apart, no damage.
