How do you know when you rack and pinion are bad?

I have two of these for my door speakers and they seem to do just fine that'swhat they are made for but like I've got it very very serious being built for competition set up and the amps are the major cost that I havent upgraded yet im going from 4 amps to like 6 major amps but these little guys do fine just for regular speakers

Where you guys located?

With a single 4 ohm sub that amp is rated for 150 watts. So not a lot of power. You might be getting 100w or less. I'm guessing you were pushing it too hard and that's why it shut off. I think one of the best Walmart amps are the Power Acoustik Razer 2500. There is a new version rated for 1 ohm (dynoed about 800 watts at 1 ohm). I have the older version (dynoed about 650 watts at 2 ohm). I took some measurements and my 3 ohm sub measured 3.7 ohm (after impedance rise) and it was doing 250 watts without clipping. That's pretty impressive. Try that amp and if possible, wire two subs together so you have a 2 ohm load. I know that mixing and matching two different subs is not recommended, but it's fine on the amp and should be louder.

It looks like you are trying to bridge across the incorrect channels. With a 4 channel amp you can only bridge it down to 2 and only across the same " amp". If you look at it like 2 seperate amps, you should be bridging across the same amp and not across both. That amp isnt really powerful. Its decent but it really should be used for mids and highs. If you want to try again try it with the sub bridged across one channel and see if that helps. Im just going by what I saw in the video, I could be wrong. Also if you are using crossover controls on the head unit you shouldnt use the amp crossover. Leave it full range. Having used Pioneer since the 90s I believe that Pioneer is better than Jensen. Recheck the wiring and try again. Thanks for another fun video.

The sub box definitely looks used, Kicker doesn't sell beat up items and the amp absolutely has been used. It should have had packing on the ends of the amp and plastic inserts in across the power/remote/ground inputs. I have several of the Jensen XDA series amps (they've redesigned the amps now but pretty much same insides). The Jensen app is great but the mono amp doesn't have a bass knob. Remember that Dual owns Jensen and the amps/cheap HUs are great but the subs are what they are under Dual.

hi, I changed steering rack and Pinion in my Malibu 2013 , i did all things exactly same now after installing it, power steering is not working like it's stiff as hell may be the motor is not working, so does it mean the new steering rack is bad or i need to programme it to get work

Change the fused plus 10 amp, if the fuse is 20 amp you can use 10 more... change for 30 amp and is safe for use..... engineers tricks...

I have these and the 6x9s in my daily driver. Small amp makes them sound even better. I was really shocked how good they sounded after installing them. The factory speakers were blown and i picked up both pair for about 75$ total.

I started with Pioneer at 16, I'm 51 now and STILL rock with them. Don't let that low price fool you. Still one of the best in the game. 💪🏾

Bass boost songs or drop the bass

Pioneers speakers are more for SQ, not so much a warm bassy sound like JBL...plus its a headunit but their subs can for sure get down, especially champion and the old premieres.

Hey guys my two cents is wood glue the box and seal it with silicone. Also Last video i watched you guys had all of the gains maxed on the amp. Hey guys please take time to lear and properly set the dials to the amp so that all of these subwoofers dont get damaged on you. Good luck. P.s facing the subwoofer to the side of the truck and lowering the back seat behind the driver sometimes help get louder.
