Fantastic news hitting the press this morning.
We have a new home and it's a location where you will really enjoy cooking and eating bbq food. The Kitchen in the Garden at Cedar Nursery is a beautiful spot, nestled amongst beautiful flowers and garden ornaments but they're not the interesting part... The product range of outdoor cooking manufacturers that they sell is simply incredible, with countless options of pizza ovens, bbqs, grills and outdoor kitchenware.

มุมมอง 19K3 ปีที่แล้ว
Here is a very quick unboxing and look at the Looft Lighter 1. This little lighter takes all the hassle and guesswork out of lighting your bbq this summer. It lights briquettes, Lumpwood and even wood! Often fire lighters are filled with chemicals, paraffin etc and this can taint the food you cook. This is clean, natural and super fast. click here to grab yours now: thebbqcompany.uk/product/loo...
Brownies on the Kamado Joe Junior?
มุมมอง 5393 ปีที่แล้ว
Have you ever tried making dessert right on the BBQ? If not why not? The grill is still hot, no need to fire up the inside oven - use the heat to make something amazing for dessert. This is a really easy recipe and works just as well on a Kamado Joe as it does on normal smoker. Don't be scared to experiment and try conventional oven recipes right on the grill - think choc chip cookies, baking a...
Kamado Joe Junior - The best "MINI" BBQ around?
มุมมอง 62K3 ปีที่แล้ว
we have done a quick unboxing of the mighty Kamado Joe Junior. We absolutely love the portability and absolute ease of use, it may be small but it is a serious piece of equipment that is capable of searing, roasting, smoking, braising, even baking! This is the perfect BBQ for smaller families, people who love to camp or take their bbq's tailgating around the country or those who want a second b...

St Louis Style Spare Ribs on the Kamado Joe Classic 2
KAMADO JOE is a Chinese rip off of the Big Green Egg. Remember China is a rotten Government look what there doing to the Uyghurs. PLEASE try to stay away from Chinese made products 😫
Nice demo, just bought one for myself.
Can you do this in a oven safe glass baking tray
Bought an Acorn Jr. for $150. Will not break, is double steel walled insulated. 14 inch cook surface. Weighs less than 40 pounds.
P r o m o S M
Bad loading grab hinge and the bottom vent and a locked lid good vid for product at the time
I had a Classic 1. The 3 is definitely worth the upgrade.
Seems like that thing just needs a dolly cart with a plywood base and you’d be rolling
😣 Promo_SM
Haven’t cooked it long enough. Should be breaking apart
𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐦 😌
Very neat and well done. Great presentation excellent clarity, covered everything I had questions about yet straight forward and too the point. 🔟
Hi all - been watching this channel for some time, now subscribed and have bought a KJ Junior. One of the things I want to do is cook bread in a cast iron Dutch Oven, probably to be bought from Amazon. Haven't been able to find out whether this D/O should be placed on the cooking grate resting directly on the fire box ring (direct heat) or with the grate resting on accessory plate with the deflector plate in place (indirect heat) - so my questions are (1) which option for using a Dutch Oven for bread should be used and (2), depending on the answer, what are the dimensions of a D/O - total height + full width including the handles which will fit in a KJ Junior as the dome height/width isn't that big. Thanks - Jeff (UK)
Thanks Jeff nice
Gonna try this one tomoz on my KJ 2. Looking forward to the prep and the cook. Will report back.
Good video - thank you!! I’ve had my classic 3 for approx 6 weeks and decided for quick cooks the junior would be more efficient so not rinsing through as much lump wood. Curious though - is there no ash catcher? How do you clean out?
Use the kick ash basket
@@hasan1980hb That’s just holding the lump wood, I’m on about all the ash in the bottom of the Mini Joe after a cook. It’s a shame they don’t make a mini ash tray
@@pricey78 it takes a minute? Lol Use a old paintbrush to scoop it into a tray etc. Can't believe you would need a catcher for that
Dude, go back to cooking hotdogs.
Finally! Someone said it. That picanha is not properly done, there's a thick layer of fat that did not render at all. It should be grilled fat side down most of the time until all the fat renders and it should be seared on the other side when the temperature inside is right, poor picanha
b-b-but bite it!!!
Thank you so much! I had it all backwards !
Great 1 I have to try it!
Awsome video
Great video thanks for posting, I just got my Big Joe 3, love Kamado
Great video, plan on buying one next year, been looking for some information on the Joe Jr, and your video was a great help. Cheers 🏴🍺
Picanha 👍👍👍🇧🇷
The cook, thumbs up. The “music” and the mix, thumbs way down.
You always have to remove the silverskin first from the brisket or any other meat, right? It gets so chewy otherwise when you leave it on. At least that's what I always do. Reciepe looks great tho, I'll certainly give this a try once.
Keep up the great work! You deserve way more subscribers! Have you seen Promosm!? You could use it to promote your channel!!
I had the Classic 2 a week ago in a bundle with the upgraded aluminium shelves and the sloroller :D
Watching this before I cook another picanha today lol looks great fellas
Hi , I gave a question, this reminds me of a tandoori oven, can you cook nann on the inside side walls if you just put coals in
When the sun is back I'm trying this :)
great video! I recently bought the Joe Jr. also and been very useful so far.
Ah, amazing
Keep an eye on the firebox stainless steel ring, it will warp after a few cooks.
Hi from Australia, thanks for sharing this , I’ve been pricing up one of these 👍👍
How many total lbs is the JR? Great video thank you!
hi Del, 70lb however with all the ceramic and the grill inside goes up another 10-15lb.
is there a way of watching the video without the irritating electric guitar noise
Well made 😀😍
Best accessory i have bought for the KJ, 35 seconds is my record to get coals lit! No mess, no flying sparks and no smells
Totally mate, so easy! we just got some stock of the Looft X, wow, will be doing a vid soon, looks amazing. Thanks for the support on the channel!
Love my Jr!
Looks amazzzzzzzzing
Is 3 taller ? The actual ceramic acorn? or the base throws off the visuals ?
From what I have heard, yes, the Series 3 is about 3 inches taller. Gives more room for the slo roller and helps air flow circulate better.
First!!!!! Nice work man. I'm going ordering one now
Thanks for watching and commenting - let us know if we can give you a quote :) sales@thebbqcompany.uk
Does the sloroller fit on the classic 2 ?
Yes it does, they recently started selling it as an aftermarket extra - I highly recommend it if you are smoking and doing a lot of low n slow cooks, makes a huge difference in the end product.
No doubt that it was delicious but all of that juice rolling off the board 😪
Was amazing, still juicy even though we lost some off the side of the board :)
I've cooked a few picanha cuts on my KJ Classic 3 and they all came out great. Even seared directly on the coals one time, and the char on the meat was excellent. I see you have the cast iron insert. I don't have it, but I strongly recommend getting the soapstone for your grill. It's performance exceeds expectations, and the upkeep is minimal, especially compared to cast iron.
haven't cooked a whole lot on the soapstone, we do sell loads of them though so need to start using it a bit more for sure.
what do you use the soap stone for ? searing ? cooking indirect ? thank you
Mostly for searing steaks and smash burgers. I did cook some tilapia filets directly on the soapstone, and they came out really good. I didn’t want to put the fish directly on the grill grates, and the soapstone worked out nicely.
Not supposed to lift by the shelf attachment.
I was thinking the same. I made the same error, but read it afterwards in the manual.
Thanks Robert - you are correct yes, though sometimes we live a little dangerously and do it anyway... That being said, we have made a custom wooden chariot to transport them to customers for "white glove" delivery, this was such a short distance to pop it in, and was our own personal bbq, we broke the rules a bit :)
This does look good 😋
Great walk thru of the upgrades. Looking forward to seeing some More of your videos and thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the feedback Kyle, plenty more to come for sure. cheers
Great video guys 🔥
Thanks so much will 🙏🏻
Looks awesome
Thanks so much, one of our favourite things to cook on the grill is Portuguese Chicken.
