The DC never was going to be successful without EA and Rockstar. I did enjoy MvC2, Crazy Taxi, Code Veronica, and Sonic, there just wasn’t enough. The day I got my PS2 and GTA3, MGS2, and SH2, I never played my DC again. Good time though.

My mom watched me play blue stinger. Good memories.

My dream cast was stolen so I replaced it with a Xbox and ps2

I will always remember Dreamcast as my favorite console of all time, maybe together with 360 and PS1. I'm sad you didn't add Spawn, that game got lots of hours from me and my friends.

The PS3 library was special, I don’t think the PS4 or PS5 first party games have lived up to the variety of games the PS3 had.

PlayStation 3 even in 2024, has tons of masterpiece games that are still memorable even today. Like NHL 10, NHL 14, Shadow of the Colossus, Gran Turismo 5 & 6, MGS IV & V THE PHANTOM PAIN, and all PS3 ASSASSIN'S CREED games from the original one from 2007 to AC ROGUE.

you forgot the uncharted series uncharted one considering it release in 2007 was crazy beautiful and it's a very nice game even in 2024!

OMG mate, I also played Demon's Souls shortly after release, never platinumed it after a few playthroughs though. But I platinumed DS2 within the first month of its release. DS2 is also my favourite Dark Souls game!

Dreamcast the only console I didn't have in my house all the way frm atari.

I bought one of these with a stack of games from a buddy for 50 bucks in 2003. Wish I still had it.

For such a well done video. You made a serious mistake. Dreamcast was made to be played on a tube tv. It never looked like that at all. If you want to really see it in all its glory get a good quality tube tv

ps3 were fun, long, and had more content than games nowadays. I'm not a true fan of unreal engine games, it's kinda of glitchy especially the hair physics Today they just want money and kept focusing on over-sexualizing female characters

i got the ps3 for christmas with resistance and ghenshi. it was literally 5x better than ps2 and i was so happy. unfortunately i couldnt take it with me after HS

GD roms killed the dreamcast. Had Sega sorted that so pirating was in some way challenging they would ha e had much more income from game sales which they would have used to support the console a bit further into its lifespan.

Why does the sega rally and tony hawk pro skater 2 looks so much worse than their Saturn/PS1 counter part? What baffles me more is that you think the Dreamcast looks better, why is that?

The PS3/360, and Wii generation was the only generation where it felt like nobody lost. All 3 consoles were very close in sales.
