I love the purity in this app but the complete inactivity and ZERO social engagement with anyone and dozens of notifications about everything BUT a match is painful. I keep the app because all other dating apps are toxic, raunchy, and scummy. I'm saying this as a guy. Most "christian" dating apps are not even Christian! It's too worldly out there to not stay with SALT even with no activity. I'd rather stick with an inactive app than go dumpster diving for attention with a fake account bot on a paywall heavy app.

It‘s seriously difficult to drop denominations because lol the Bible talks about how walking in agreement is the only way to have a successful journey! I know that someone might be sweet, but if they believe something you don’t, one of you will eventually have to cave. The reason most date apps don't work is because they cater to women to get women on the app so they can get men to join the app .

Prob with speed date is its too quick like how you going know if you want to go out with a person in only 3 minutes that's barely enough time to introduce yourself and your hobbies maybe make it 10-30 minutes

Singleness doesn’t feel like a gift but also like the current season of singleness is such a gift. I am so grateful to not be in a relationship currently but like also like I wanna be married someday. Don’t wanna end up with a bad marriage because I rushed it. So I see you who are single and struggling, particular as a woman it is harder being single. And the church sometimes doesn’t do a great job of portraying single women (like Phoebe was probably single and serving in ministry). Keep going and pursuing God first and walk in the calling He has on your life. He loves you guys and sees you, and so do I.
