Not in any way saying this was right but the police use tactics terrorising members of innocent people’s families looking for the guilty parties don’t see many police being to bothered about terrorising innocent peoples families it may make them realise just because a member of a family has committed crimes doesn’t mean they should be treated like a criminal hope they now realise you can’t terrorise innocent people with out repercussions I have suffered from the actions of my sons by the police kicking my doors in at 5 o’clock in the morning knowing full well they are not even in the country not even any apologies they just want to terrorise you

It had nothing to do with the Olympics, this was a inter gang land feud between two gangs, so quit with that, it's just an elevated fear produced once again by the police !! Stick to the the reality of it !! Don't get me wrong my heart goes out to the two lady police officers, and may they rest in peace, but there's more to this than this video shows.

I remember hearing about this in grade 3 or 4 (only a year or so after it happened), I went to bega high school and grew up about 2km from a memorial on the main road leaving tathra. The story shook me to my core. I still think about them from time to time and I am now 35.

Re Joanna Lees - her manner indicates she may have toxic shame & feels to blame for what happened that night. People with toxic shame always feel they are at fault for everything… toxic shame is hard to recognise, especially by the person who has it. Treatment/therapy is essential.

They have failed to mention Dupas attended Larundal mental health facility while a teenager. Worth looking into. It was in the grounds of Mont Park mental facility, the entry of which is at the end of Waiora Rd, McLeod West.
