Unfortunately, the project is currently struggling with problems related to homologation in the EU. Due to its weight, they have to rebuild it into a three-wheeled vehicle. It's a bit sad that the technology is available but the law can't keep up. This is hypocrisy, EU parliament. They prefer to prohibit and impose new taxes than to create innovative laws supporting such projects.

Just develop modularity by adding a trailer for luggage or passenger and couple two vehicles together. The problem of imposing such a vehicle in the current automotive landscape is not obvious (it would be necessary to limit the speed on the road, impose a tax on weight...). The looby of the car manufacturers will not let this happen

As usual, designing a vehicle is effortless, producing a prototype is easy, getting it into production is extremely difficult, scaling up is almost impossible and tuning a profit is highly improbable. I would love one of these to commute with but, like every similar design I've ever seen... EVER... I will not be able to. (Unless I just build my own)

I wouldn't make the main selling point that it can do what drivers *HATE* when motorcycles do it. And this thing is wider than a motorcycle, even with its wheels retracted. And something that's not even legal in much of the US. Me, I love it's tilt-wheel / tilt-body abilty to lean into a turn. And it's a very attractive design. Unless and until the Arcimoto FUV integrates the tilt-wheel tech they recently acquired, I'll definitely be looking at the Triggo.
