reminds me of the sunrise home builder common floor plans with 1extra rv bay.
wish I could have bought one sooner.

The 30 amp outlet in the garage for the RV is not properly positioned. The RV power connection is on its left side, the street side. When backing in the RV, the wall outlet will be on the RV’s right side, the curb side.

They want you to pull straight in! 🤣 🚌

If I pull straight in towing an RV, then how is the truck exiting by itself? Our 5th wheel is 40+ feet long. The only way I see it happening would be is to back it in. That is what some friends do with their RV garages. Driving straight in works for a motorhome.

1.1 is a good price. Same home in California would be in the 4 to 9 mill depending on location. Beautiful home. Too bad over my budget.

Finally someone who’s rational and honest, a lot of people always complain about the price of homes like these but can’t name anywhere else with all the same amenities that beats the price.

      @@ArcVega the same area, pre-pandemic?

@@nickadamson6053 what’s your point? If you’re referring to prices being better pre-pandemic that obviously a no brainer prices were better everywhere pre-pandemic.

@@ArcVega You made exactly my point. Mind you, many areas have gone up much larger percentage than others, especially those that saw large migrations such as this one. It wasn't this price before, there is no real justification for it now other than out of state money creating an unusual spike in demand which in turn created an unreasonable spike in pricing. The area didn't suddenly become magically more lucrative to live in. Property values up until now haven't been largely dictated by who has the most money lining their pockets after relocating from another state and selling their insanely priced house elsewhere or inappropriately using PPP loan money. Demand, along with desirability and opportunity of the area are large factors. Otherwise Montana would have a lot more residents and home prices in the middle of nowhere Tennessee would be quite a bit higher.
