Hi Bbb, these records...the vinyl LPs that , made mainly for Mono, using, iirc, only 4 track tapes. If you can get an original vinyl and one of those old styles usually red, 'Dansette'(?) record players. And listen without headphones. The LP was mixed over 8,10 weeks. The stereo version was thrown together in a rush, say a week tops, and thats before we get to George Martin's son coming along and 50yrs on and remixing it how HE thinks it should’ve been done. By all means take out the hisses pops and crackles. It's like Picasso's son coming into your house with his box of paints and touching up his dads masterpiece that sits on your wall...I think dad really wanted this red redder and this blue bluer etc, If the genuis(s) had wanted the red redder, then hello - THEY would've made it redder

Baby You're A Rich Man. If you've had acid, you know exactly what he's talking about. The real stuff, there are a lot of fakes around (25c, 25i, Docs and pseudo psychedelics like Ketamine). People that have never had the real deal don't know the difference. When you do have the real deal, you'll know straight away. There's nothing like proper LSD. Nothing. Magic mushrooms (psilocin/psilocybin) are puny by comparison. But always treat acid with courtesy and respect. Abuse it, like people do with other drugs and it will rape your soul. In a way that you never would have thought possible. When it's good and used responsibly it will help you grow. When it's bad, it can do some serious psychological damage. And just like there's nothing so amazing as acid on a good trip. A freak out is a waking nightmare that seems like it will never end. Ugly, scary, horrifying. I'd wish death on an enemy before a freak out and it would be more merciful. As you can tell, I've done a shit load of acid back in the day, when you could still get, clean, good quality stuff. Tainted acid will make you freak out as easily as being unable to handle what's going on. Acid won't kill you. It's virtually impossible to overdose like that. He was not there on her 21st birthday. He kept her like a secret. There was no friend of hers in that room. They were all older friends of his. That's a huge age gap at that age range. Which proved that any song the wrote at this point, could become a huge hit. Everyone, including critics were big on trying to interpret their lyrics. John wanted this song to be a challenge to those folks. Ha! Funny! “What’s it about?” they would ask. Blue Jay Way in L.A. is a street where the Beatles were supposed to meet at a house. This is George’s composition. George had flown in and got there first and the rest were very late. So he wrote this while waiting

Mastermind, to me, felt like an open letter to her fans. Talking about how none of it was accidental... The first time that she saw us (her fans), she knew that was what she wanted to do. She wanted to continue writing music and performing. She talks about how she didn't have friends as a child, so she has been scheming to get her fans to like her and make it feel natural, and in the end, it was/is because she is so relatable. Maybe I'm reaching, but that's always been my interpretation. 😅
