Thanks, just what I like - short but intense, no joke! No rest is what makes it so challenging, although still not as bad as the squat burnout with those nasty holds and pulses :).

Thanks, awesome challenge! You really pushed me to the limit in just 6 minutes with those holds, pulses, jumps! Could you extend the same idea to other exercises? I'd love a situps burnout for abs or max leg raises to failure for lower abs or something.

@@trainwithjulia.x I'm going to try the 5min Killer Sixpack soon! I can already tell the exercises are really "killer" :) in only a few minutes. It's just that I found really refreshing your idea of focusing on one exercise with different variations and adding on holds and pulses and jumps and so on to make it super challenging - it's also a killer but it's fun, not boring but more like a competition to make it to the end along with you :).
