I mate I use mohair rollers , rinse with water before use dry then you will not have any fibre left on your finsh. Apply using light pressure, take your time for a great end result

Lovely plot guys... welcome to the Highlands... that water source is key looks like its at the top of the property which is great... remember gravity is your friend and enables water pressure just be mindful of dwelling position when factoring that in even if you have to fell some trees to get your solar... that softwood is fast growing and very wind blown be careful what you keep... I live on the side of a mountain in the Highlands and the wind can be very unforgiving... with all those ferns and dank brush lets not even get started on the midges hey...the Cairn is an awesome bit of history and is a bonus really... interested in finding out what was there before and watch you put some life back in the place... well done and good luck 😆

Congratulations! Bleak in the Highlands though. Hope you have seen the place in winter 😮 I'd be surprised if you get enough to recharge an AA battery a day on solar there! Hydro or wind, watch the wind when cutting those trees, or plant fast wind breaks.
