沙地綠洲 Sandy Oasis // 瓜拉美金 Kuala Bikam
瓜拉美金新村，座落于霹靂州中南部，距離北面的美羅和南面的宋溪都是大約十多公里。
這裡是本土水果的主要輸出產地, 有各式各樣的本土農作物，例如水蓊，番石榴，番薯和沙葛等等。
Kuala Bikam New Village is located in the south-central part of Perak, about 13 kilometers away from Bidor in the north and Sungkai in the south.
It is the main distribution centre of local fruits, with a wide variety of crops, such as bell fruits, guava, sweet potatoes, yam beans, etc.
Shot in February 2024. Color graded to own taste using FIlm Look in DaVinci Resolve 19.

瓜拉美金神庙虽然不大，但是很美观。
Another Great Video! It feels like each video gets better and better. I'm definitely adding Kuala Bikam to the travel list! It took me a while to watch the video, but I was waiting to make sure I watched it in High-Res on a big TV 😂 To appreciate all the visuals properly! I love Malaysian fruits, so this will be a great place for me. The food looks good too! Homestyle but delicious I'm sure.
Thanks Paul! The 1080 resolution will look better in TH-cam premium, without subscription TH-cam will only let the viewer have lower bitrate. Truly capitalist move 😏 I used to output in 4k, and the 1080 quality is better even without subscription to TH-cam premium. But that will take longer to output and upload, stress the computer a lot and bigger file size too in output. Yeah, Kuala bikam is a very interesting place if you are really into rural life. Good option for casual visit 👍🏻
good ole capitalism 😂 one day we should organise a 'mini film festival' & get together as a community to view your videos at a cinema or something! Rura life is the best life 😂 for our next trip I'm hoping to stay 8-10 days in Ipoh/Perak, so it'll be a real joy to experience all of these places 🥹

其實看了以後内心會很感慨，年輕的一代逐漸離開新村，留下老一輩駐守新村，希望這些高水準的拍攝不只是讓更多人認識馬來西亞的新村，也讓更多的年輕一代意識到新村的潛在發展機會，繼續保留這些先輩曾經奮鬥的痕跡和土地。
時代變遷留下的遺憾每一個年代都在發生，除了戰亂時代。看回舊照片，1950,60,70,80,90 都有自己的特色
