What I don't understand is people complain about the treadlife and wear of the A052, yet it is a super lightweight tire, why doesn't yokohama just offer a slightly heavier model with 10/32 of tread instead of 7/32 and it will get far more miles out of it for the same price?

as far as reviews i collected from every corner of the planet, A052 has phenomenal grip, however the feedback regarding progression of losing grip when driving to the limits is not as good at the RE71RS. but definitely A052 a faster tyre

Billy, i had chance to drive a 718 GTS 4.0 over the weekend. Turned every (ESP,TC) off. Car was handful(sensitive to trail brake and big weight transfer). It seems like these car is designed to be driven with nannys on to achieve best lap unless you are pro level driver. The electronics really makes driver’s life easy on these Porsches.

What's faster in order yok a052, GY 3r, or Falken rt660? All biggest size available so for yoks 315 30 18, Falken 315 30 18 or 315 30 19, and 3r zl1 1le sizes.

Do you know if the Corvette version of the cup 2 that came stock on 2019 z07 pack are as fast as some of the others? They're runflat and have about 75 to 80% left. Trying to decide if I'll run those at my next time attack at Buttonwillow or my regular Falken rt660 setup. Would love to hear any feedback. They're allowing anything 60 tw and above. But both options I currently have. Thanks! By the on a c7 z06 non z07 with some aero and little more power.

Hey Billy, love the "Foreign Relations" T-shirt! Classic! Any chance you could please find out what tires the 600LT was running, please? 225/285 stock, but were they fitted? My father was the production director on the McLaren F1 (now retired), I understand that McLaren "undertyred" the 600LT to distance it from the 720S's lap-times, which with 235/305 (as was originally intended) outperformed the 720S. As a prospective buyer of a slightly used 600LT, I'm wondering if the owner was running stock rubber? Keep up the great work! (i e-mailed the address on your website, but am awaiting a response, aplogies for the post here asking the same question!).

Great Job Billy. I love the re-engineering of a fine car by an American guru. Mclaren I'm sure spent several days on tracks with multiple professional drivers not as good as you and post rigs to set up that car and someone decided it wasn't good enough😂😂😂

You should do a review on the nankang CR1/CRS. Search shows they are very veery similar to the A052 but no real comparison.

You must have the short gear ratio set on your NSX? On mine, a european spec car, 3rd gear goes to 180 km/h and fourth to 240 km/h. It will be interesting to compare with the 18/19 wheel combo for which Michelin has 215/40 tires in Pilot Sport Cup 2's spec for the front as used on the Alpine 110 S.
