How To Quickly Relieve Back Pain When You Release This Muscle
I think this would be good for President Biden Bec he looks really stiff ❤❤❤🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.
I am 65 this year and found Carnivore in Feb. I've tried different food plans and only carnivore has changed my inflamation issues. I had a hip replacement and a heart attack which I believe stemmed from inflamation. Although I couldn't get docs to agree. I've had low thyroid for 35 years and have never felt good. For the first time in my adult life I am feeling like there's hope for me and my family. I'm grateful for these docs that are teaching about carnivore. blessings of joy.
So what is it with the hats inside the house?
I can't believe how gassed I got from exercise 2, "legs up the wall + pumping calves" for 50 reps @ 5:35. Site-note, I felt most of the muscle activation in my ankles and tibialis. I'm wondering if I"m doing something wrong, or maybe my tibs are just super weak / never used?
I used 73/27 %. Gads what a mess! I guess I missed that in the video! I won’t forget that again! I blotted it with paper towels. The leaner would have been so much easier. 😢
Yikes! Sounds like a serious mess!
@@MotionUnlimited1 all cleaned up! It is delicious and was worth it. But will go to the 80/20 or 90/10 next time!
I've been carnivore for five years. I started it for relief of joint pain. I was pain free until three months ago. Now pain is back and maybe a little worse than before carnivore. I can't understand what's happening I only eat meat, eggs, butter somethings a glass of milk, but not often. I do have a cup of coffee every morning, but that hasn't cause joint pain before three months ago. Anyone else experiencing this?
If diet is not the root then joint pain can come from joint compression or shearing. Mobility and stability of joints is key to relieve joint pain. It’s quite possible it’s an alignment issue. Where’s the joint pain?
Dr Annette Bozworth explains how Autophagy works.
Glad to hear it can take 3 months. I have not had any reduction in hip pain after 12 weeks low to no carb., but after 9 weeks I stopped eating all dairy so I will give it more time.
Your music is distracting
I just wish steak wasn’t that expensive 😕
Thank you so very much, I desperately needed this video ❤
You’re welcome! So glad it helped!
I have a machine at the gym that I especially like. You set the weight reach up to the handles and pull down to sit on the bench. Then pull down as many times as you can to strengthen the back muscles. I'm 68, 5'-5", 130lbs and crushed a bone in my back almost 2 years ago. I pull down 30lbs several times and still don't feel any back muscles. What I like is hanging from it, opening up the ribs and wiggle to get the juices flowing in all the little vertebrae. I don't hurt my shoulders with this exercise.
You never really explain what the carnivore diet was. I don’t understand you’re talking about it, but you didn’t explain it in detail please do
OK so tell me the carnivore diet is it just meat? Nothing else? I have had RA and LEMS for many many years. I am 77. My joints are not great and I take prednisone. If I went on this diet how can I get off prednisone?. No one knows how to explain that to me because it’s supposedly dangerous to come off prednisone. I take 6 mg per day. I’m afraid to not take it because they say it’s very dangerous. So how do I do that if I start the carnivore diet I am very confused I don’t wanna die because of that.
Love it , I do have a dehydrator but not a machine to cut it, how else can it be cut ?
You can roll it out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place parchment paper on top and roll with a rolling pin. It will be about 1/4” thick. Then place your rack upside down on top the rolled out meat. Flip it over and remove the cookie sheet and paper. Salt it. Place in your dehydrator.
37 yo 205 lbs 6'0 with heavy hips arthrities . Im almost 3 weeks in very strict keto , no crabs sugar weat alcohol besides few glasses of dry red wine once in few days - but my hip pain did not go away what so ever but im keeping the diet meybe it help further in time , but for now i just lost weight and feel better but no change in the hip pain .
Getting rid of the other stuff like wine will help.. giving coffee up will kill me but so will this joint pain😂
I have the same dehydrator. I love it. I've been slicing up chuck roast nice and thin using a Beswood 250. So friggin good!! I'm for sure going to try the ground beef jerky!
I've had hip and knee pain for years. I run a lot and after hard workouts or really long runs I would dread walking up or down stairs. It hurt so bad. I've been keto for 6 years but about a week into carnivore and my hip and knee are pain free! I couldn't believe it. I thought I was going to have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. Guess not! :)
I'm back on carnivore after a couple of years and it's great. I remember when I still ate SAD I took MSM to try to help with my crippling plantar fasciitis. It went away after 2 days. Just putting it out their.
At 1:23 are you referring to bracing/abdominal “gripping”. I have a serious problem with this, and it’s wrecking my body. What do you mean by drawing your belly button towards the spine? Doesn’t that happen when you exhale?
Ideally the belly button moves towards the spine when someone exhales. You’d be surprised how many people struggle with this. At 1:23 what I’m referring to is people that compress their ribs too much on an exhale. Many people start the exhale by compressing at the top of the ribcage instead of doing it correctly starting at the bellybutton.
Doctor says there's some bone on bone going on in my wife's right knee, so does that mean she's doomed to a knee replacement? Was hoping carnivore would fix that, somehow someway
Hope it works
Thank you!!!
Here’s hoping!
❤❤
Just want to say that I can vouch for this in reverse: I'm 56, 99% carnivore but ate cake yesterday because it was my dad's birthday, and woke up this morning with terrible elbow pain! I'm hoping it doesn't take too long to recede, but I've learned my lesson. No more indulging, it just ain't worth it!
next year make your father some carnivore ice cream for his bday! Steak and Butter Gal has an easy recipe
@@w1975b 😂 great idea!
@@amandaboddice505 I saw that she recently made a video with a type of cake too, so you could make both
Within just over two weeks pain is significantly reduced. Won’t be needing the injection anytime soon. I cut the carbs and sugars significantly. Eating mostly meat , fish, and eggs.
Chronic SI joint back pain since I was in my late 20s. Am 58, started carnivore over 6 wks ago. Back pain was at a 8-9/10 every day. Along with doubled over digestive pain most every day. Back pain is at a 1-2/10. Digestive issue was gone day#1. Had some constipation, but this is starting to improve. Down 10 lbs. Im SO hopeful my back pain keeps improving. Most hope Ive had in about 3 yrs. So grateful. ❤
I'm getting pain in my ankles. Bad pain. Kinda bounces from ankle to ankle. Do I need to supplement something?!?!??
Could you make pemmican with ground beef?
Yes but I would use a lower fat ground beef like 90/10. The ground beef when dried doesn’t “powder” as well as a lean cut of beef like eye of round but I’ve made pemmican from ground beef many times.
is this just on the left hand or both ?
I have been on the Carnivore diet for 5 months with noticeable weight loss and body adjustments. I primarily consume beef, Butter, Ghee, bacon, eggs, chicken, sour cream, cheese. My starting weight was 328lbs and has moved to 311lbs. Many nagging aches and pains have vanished, I breath easier, and my mind is clearing up. I'm still sedentary for the most part but soon will be going for walks. Four years ago, I almost broke my left leg shinbone but tore loose the tendons and cartilage in the left knee and the ankle. Over the past few weeks I have been experiencing cramps in my calf muscles and my feet tendons that dissipated but the last two days the ankle & tendons ( left side of Achilles Tendon) on that left foot is being real mean to me forcing me to limp some to avoid pain. Btw, I had some gout issues but a sometime back and a Holistic practitioner advised me to use celery seed and Tart cherry extract capsules and it was gone in under 48 hrs. After all this above, any opinions or recommended additions or changes you may have please. Thank you.
I mix together magnesium powder, potassium and salt in water before bed. No cramps.
l would dump the sour cream, and cheese. Try for more beef and maybe some salt for cramps. Don't forget to drink your water. Also, stay off the scale. Good luck on your journey! ♥
@@hanginlaundry360 Potassium citrate or which one ? Thanks.
@@hanginlaundry360 Whats the dose of each ingredient of your mix ?
@@hermanchristian3536 Others may chime in, but a pinch of potassium chloride powder (1/16-1/8 tsp), a quarter teaspoon of Magnesium glycinate powder, a shake of salt in a glass of water is what I do.
You all always lose me when you start talking about us "evolving"......sorry, I didn't evolve, I was created and so were you!! I might do the carnivore thing for inflammation, but it's not because I evolved that way.
Evolving in how we eat, not how we were created
For years my eating was based on meat and eggs, no processed food. Even went carnivore for a year, and bragged about how good I felt. Until… they discovered angina pectoris. Very tired and gassed with chest pains. That was a humbling experience. Back to eating fruits and vegetables again and feeling much better.
Did they put you on medication for that, and did they tell you the cause?
@@ShardmareUV considering my healthy no smoking, no drugs and no alcohol lifestyle, it must have been the diet. Was eating no sugar and processed foods, but a lot of meat and eggs. And yes, they wanted to put me statins, which I refused. Am taking red yeast rice though, since last week.
I have had a lumbosacral fusion and my back is straight and so my knees became like this. When I try to straighten my knees my back bends forward. Can I fix this?
Yes. Just because the sacrum and one or a more vertebra is fused the other vertebrae can change their position to a degree. Opening up rib cage function and pelvic function can really help with this.
I am getting a dehydrator now, so that I can make lots of this stuff. I don’t have that handy meat slicer, so I won’t be freezing the meat in blocks like how you did. But that looks extremely convenient.
meat is deadly in the long run. trust me
Any proof on this?
@@junexdaman6671 i developed psoriatic arthritis because of consuming grassfed, air fried and lean meat. my dad died from heart attack because of the said diet as well.
@@Jonases_20 sorry about that. i think this is a rare case as many people are saying carnivore diet is good. it's kinda scary though
@@junexdaman6671 hun, my aunt died from cancer due to consuming meats. she ditched sugar, dairy, gluten and processed foods and yet still developed and died from the said disease
I have been on Carnivore Diet for 14 months. I am down 115 lbs and my joint pain eased off the first 10 months but now I have joint pain in my shoulders. I am 79 next month and I am considering just ignoring the pain than going through surgery & recovery. 👀
all these success stories I don’t carnivore for a few months, had no relief in my hip pain and knee pain sadly :/ tried everything
Interesting about synovial fluid
Use a jerky cannon, cost under 40 bucks, strips come out great.
I take a couple Pickle Pills if I get cramps at night. Always use LMNT daily.
I’ve had joint pain for years and started the carnivore diet 2 months now. Initially all my joints pain disappeared! But it’s back and I’m not what’s going on
how is it going?
Call him Dr Baker😊
Very helpful advice. Thank you
My food bill is about half now. It’s so nice to have a freezer stocked and rare trips to the grocery store but when I do I walk past the produce and head only to seafood, meat and eggs dept. To live without joint pain, FM, CFS, And host of other acronyms is amazing.
So cool! I'm loving the simplicity of grocery shopping too! 😊
Exactly...
Thank you for this video. I found it today, greatly depressed and on the brink of giving up. This is my situation: I suffer from cPTSD, Neurodermitis, Fibromyalgia, Polyneuropathy, PCOS, lots of allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, and extreme hairloss. I used to be a hair model with strong and heavy hair up to my knees, now I have no hair on the top of my scalp, thin and fine hair on the rest of my scalp, and my hairline went back about an inch. I also have a few begnine tumors in my brain from severe head injuries, one of them sits right next to my pituitary gland, and two others sitting on my nervus vagus and my nervus glossopharyngeus, which are being compromised by the begnine tumors as well. I also have empty Sella syndrome. On top of that, a neurologist finally looked into my lab reports more closely last year to find out more about my severe symptoms, which I have had since the assault on September 7th in 2011, and all other doctors declared to be psychological or psychosomatic issues, or a rare kind of migraine. At that point I could hardly walk 50 paces in a row, was tired and totally exhausted day and night, could hardly sleep, had constantly head aches, chronic pain everywhere, and went totally blind several times a day for no reason I knew of. The neurologist diagnosed almost immediately an intracranial hypertension. So I was admitted to the hospital right away for a lumbal puncture to prove it. The diagnose was correct and I went for serial lumbal punctures every 4 to 6 weeks, but denied the off label use of epileptic medication. I wanted a surgery to quit the serial lumbal punctures, which would have to be made more often after about half a year. I did my research online and explained my neurologist that and why I wanted a shunt operation. In Jena, Thuringia, I found a young neurosurgeon from Ukraine, who supported me as well, and so I had my Shunt operation on September 1st in 2023. Now at least the symptoms of the IH are gone. I lost 15 kg since my first lumbal puncture without changing anything. Yet I now still weigh 109.9 kg, which is about 220 lbs. I am a short woman with only 165 cm. Because there was no weight change since November, I went to see an endocrinologist to check my thyroid, as my mom had suffered from hypothyroidism, later diagnosed as Hashimoto. Sadly this "specialist" only checked on my TSH once, also not on T2, T3, or T4. He also did not do an examination on my Vitamine D level or stress hormones. He said my TSH would be "in the range" and I would have to "just go on living with a little bit of not so tender shape". This made me speechless. I have so many problems with my joints, especially with my left knee since childhood, when I was very sportive and a competitive swimmer and former soccer team member of my school. I can now take long walks or go on some easy hikes even, but I have to recover 1-2 days from such activities. So I really *must* get rid of the weight! My knees are in bad shape since my teens. I had several knee surgeries and lots of injections into my knees already as teenager. I have severe chronic pain in all my joints, especially in arms and legs, as well as pain in my back. Lying on my back hurts my back, lying on either side hurts my hips and shoulders, lying on my tummy hurts my neck and head. Sleeping is a very hard quest due to all the pain and also due to my cPTSD. So I hardly slept since about 20 years, during which I mostly only slept about 6 hours per week. I live practically sugarless and saltless since almost 40 years. So I never add salt or sugar, but only take in the natural content of sugar and salt. I also didn't drink or eat any "diet" or "light" products with sweeteners for 33 years. I only drink coffee or tea without sugar or milk, and about 2 liters of mineral water per day. I had my last diet coke more than 30 years ago. I did sooo many diets and had the usual yoyo effect of always gaining more than I had lost before. My mom used to lose weight with Weight Watchers, but I always disliked WW, because during her final 20 years, she would eat a greater amount of tablets than she ate food. She only ate 250 calories a day, so she could keep her weight. Of course she got the golden key from WW, but for what price?!? I have been eating lots of vegetables and fruits, only "healthy" carbs, and only "healthy" vegetable oils and seed oils. I hardly used butter, just a little ghee for cooking from time to time, only lean meat and lean fish twice a week. Yet I had gained weight, extremely when taking antidepressive medication, and after the initial loss of 15 kg, about 30 lbs, after my first lumbal puncture a year ago, my weight stayed the same since November 22nd in 2023. I turned 60 in December. Also I had 6 babies, breastfed for 12.5 years all together. When pregnant, I would always lose weight and feel fantastic, until I stopped breastfeeding. I am so done with this diet topic after having fought for so long. When people look at me now, they see an undisciplined woman feeding on sweets and fat and sugar water - which I am NOT! So now I am starting the fatty carnivore diet and will happily keep you informed on this topic, if you wish so. 😊 If this really works, my sons will be sooo happy for me. I know that for sure. 😊 I subscribed to your channel today and I am looking forward to viewing your other videos. 👌🏻 Thanks again and regards from Germany 😉
