Hey! I have just followed your tutorial and it was the best i culd have done! I have been working with Asterisk and FreePBX for a half a year now and i have descided to restart the server in its entirety. I have followed many online tutorials and even used AI- nothing worked. How about getting email working? I second the mention of securing the installation. UFW, Fail2Ban, etc.

I got an error that asterisk is not installed. Even though in status it says asterisk was running.

Is this tutorial only applicable to Raspberry devices or it also could be applyed to Freepbx distro running on Debian OS ? I not sure Dongles could be added to regular distros, i wonder if only Raspberry RASPBX allows this feature.

2 years ago i've been tested this solution and i can confirm that works. But only can sens 160 caracters in one sms. I've asked you how can we change that to a large number of characters and you told me you have another projects that you are working on and when you will have time you will give me and answer. Now after 2 years i cannot find my initial post and neither and answer to my question.

I have successfully configured outgoing calls from my FreePBX. Is there a way to route incoming calls to an extension or ring group? Incoming calls are dropped with the current configuration.
