      Hi. I would go with allowing traffic only from certain IPs or at least with GeoIP.

      @@rudichemikolo7831 seconding you - i'm having no joy either - with mine i'm finding that nothing is updating in the iptables. I've rewatched and gone through the video with a fine tooth comb. In my case i'm having to put fail2ban in after the event as I've been forced to roll my own FreePBX using Ubuntu and their fail2ban doesn't come built in then for some reason best known to themselves.

      You have to check if you're using the right firewall in "ACTION". You might be using firewalld, nftables or something else.
