    I wonder if having an early-life adverse event really *is* essential… or whether what is important is simply having that internal narrative that you are triumphing against adversity? What I mean is, if you asked *most* people (non athletes) a leading question about their childhood I’m sure almost all of them could identify some formative negative experience. But if you took a detached descriptive report of the negative experience of professional athletes and asked neutral observers to grade it for severity, would the average severity be higher as a cohort than that of the similarly logged experiences of non-athletes?

  • @rayF4rio
    @rayF4rio 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I guess these studies do account for people who are more likely to take up endurance exercise or intense exercise habits due to the fact that they may have a family history of some heart disease, or they have a personal history of poor diet, weight gain/loss, metabolic syndrome or a sedentary history since childhood. Meaning that intense exercise may not totally negate unhealthy habits or family history risks, or that endurance exercise self selects for a less healthy population to start with. Also, all cause mortality also includes accidents and injuries (hip/knee) that then result in knock on health impacts which could severely increase mortality. But the takeaway does remain, more is not always better and the answer usually includes an "it depends" clause.

    I was living hell for 20 years. No one would entertain HRT. I had a cancer and they just ignored my hell of preset menopause from chemo. Cancer gone 20 years, then just went through round two. I think US doctors and researchers need more info, training, and research. People look at me like I'm in my forties. I have changed diet and now look for any way naturally that I can get small amounts of estrogen into my system. Doctors still ignore my pleas. They are fast to put chemo into bodies and faster to recommend cutting off body parts. I tell each one of them they are not the ones to live with side effects of the damage caused by chemo or missing body parts.

    Hotflashes, daily vertigo, memory, comprehension, joint pain, migraines, weakness, daily energy depleted, mood swings daily, eye sight changes, hair and skin changes also breast changes. All started at perimenopause with HRT almost all of that has gotten better. Hormones are important for daily activities.

    Can a normal women change in to man??

    • @olehinn3168
      @olehinn3168 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, many things can be canged about the Body. If a Trans Man (who was born in a female body) wants to transition to a mans body, using medical prossedures, that usually involves HRT aswell. He will just take testosterone, which is the hormone that is produced in the male genitals. Getting testosterone injections will result in more hair growth eberywhere on the body, including a beard. That usually helps most with looking like a man. In addition testosterone will deepen his voice, to sound like a man. It will allso support muscle growth. Allso, the breasts can be removed in an operation. Allso helps with looking like a man. The Female reproduvtive Organs can allso be removed. I belive that this is done to get rid of menstrual cycles. I dont think, a working Penis can be added, or atleast I havent heard of it. However, I have heard of advanced prosthetics, that can among other functionalytys, even be used to achive Orgasmus for the trans man. I hope this answers your question and you didnt actually ask something completely different. ;D

    It is unfortunate that the good Dr. uses antiquated, and known problematic studies to misrepresent outcomes that are NOT based upon "bioidentical" HRT use in equal study results. "Progestins" are any form of synthetic hormones, which are a known carsynogenic effect within otherwise healthy premenopausal women of child bearing age.

    So most of this lecture is pure garbage. It is based on antique medications. We know that estrogen and progesterone need to bypass the digestive system to be effective. We also know that using bio-identical estragen and progesterone is not going to increase the cancer risk from other studies done.
