Listen to Quran as it is the Word of ALLAH,GOD Almighty. All your worries will be gone.Trust in Him ,He will get you out of stress. I myself survived all hardships here in USA as a Moroccan immigrant,starting from 2001 when 9th of September attacks happened,homesickness ,2008 economy crisis .......and a lots of inconveniences. BUT only the Quran kept me float above it all.The Quran will teach you how to manage your life both materialistically and spiritually.

My advice is : warm the cold water for 2 minutes than it becomes room temperature water. regarding your teeth ,buy Arabic Gum (Acacia gum - الصمغ العربي ) after you brush your teeth put a little piece in your mouth. It is a good remedy to strength your teeth and gum. Did you try to contact American Embassy in rabat or Peace corps or USAID or American school ,some time they have jobs vacancies . Keep being strong Erin, may be you need to have a one to oneself session if you lay call it so and have a piece of paper to wrote down everything that is an issue to you lately and try to tackle them one by one ( income try to spend less on things that are not en essential for you and the kids, tap water is cool in Temara do not worry at all, groceries try joutya once a week for all your veggies and proteins, the school can't be negociated at this stage for the kids so try changing the house you can get one for 9000 dhs and save 5000 dhs that can go to groceries for a month

I love cilantro. So iake sure to check by smelling it. The good stuss you can just wave it ' and you can smell it. I don't like getting it at Walmart because it doesn't have much aroma.
