After finishing watching this series I just so happened coincidently traveled to Tunis Tunisia to see a friend and visited ancient Carthage Roman sites and sat in the amphilpheter still there. You could feel the ancient spirits sitting on the stone slab seats as long as you didn't mind the big ants. They seemed to be use to people and left us alone. The three of us had the whole place to ourselves. A few emperors in the third centruy were from the region.
