If Mitchell Robinson can’t stay healthy this is a great trade for the Knicks!!! Marcus Smart is a game changer because of his intangibles, that would give the Knicks 4 players on the roster that are game changers because of their intangibles. That is an extremely dangerous roster.

Love the channel man! I would pull the trigger on Deuce and Mitch Robinson… but yeah for an impactful center that compliments KAT. A shot blocking rebounding center.. Duran would be great, or any of the ones you mentioned. I don’t think Mitch is gonna do it alone sadly… But worst case scenario, Mitch can benefit the team WHEN he plays and you keeep Deuce. I would definitely trade Mitch and Deuce for Trey, idk if NO would except that but it might be best to wait till the deadline this way Mitch might be healthy therefore more valuable and you will have deuce and precious to trade as well. McBride is a younger, healthier and better player than Smart at this point in their careers and still is improving. Including Deuce for a player whose shooting percentage is trash and only played 20 games last season would be moronic. Even just Mitch for Smart I don't love but could stomach. Rather trade Mitch for Murphy (won't happen) or Herb Jones. But we really don't need another guard and Deuce is on one of the best contracts in the NBA. We've made enough changes. Can we let this team play together first before more moves please.

I am 76 y/o. I love this team, too. I am a Knicks fan since the '57-58 season and haven't loved a team this much since the championship years. Yeah, even more than the Patrick Ewing era (why couldn't they ever land a second superstar to take them to the top?) I hope we get that backup center. I'm sick of all this speculation.

Don't overlook the rebounds, the rim protection, perimeter defense, the contract. Don't forget the defense on Allen, or defense on Embied. Last, don't forget what Capela did when he was not there!!
