She looks excellent, and if she runs that's a fantastic deal, I can almost guarantee you're going to need to do a lot of wood replacement and I would recommend replacing it with fiberglass and foam board like a starboard, or a liquid transom like material depending on where you're doing whood replacements I look forward to seeing more! Belated congratulations!

One of the reason why fire watch is so important on vessels in port….Obviously recreational boats don’t have the same manpower or resources but the door is a big wake up call. This is more than a year ago. Adding in fire / smoke detection would be something to think about. Adding remote monitoring would be a big one for me…. Subscribed guys….Anyone who doesn’t realize the amount of work to keep a boat going or bringing it back….Should see this. You guys are really putting in the sweat equity.

Those engines use straight weight oil like sae40 . Not 1540

I think I would have installed beadboard on some of those walls. They look nautical, modern and easy to keep clean. Could easily add them anytime but anyway you guys are doing great.

May be you should put a float switch in the sump that way you don't have to switch it on or forget to turn it off

maybe a good motor on your tender and possibly you could tow your boat small ways if needed
