    Lovely :) Thank you very much :) Btw, it's nice to see someone to wake up at the normal time, not 5 am 😁 I'm also studying to be a PT and that 5am videos scare me 😂 I'm living in Northern Ireland so the working day usually start at 9am, but plenty of people are morning birds as I noticed 🐓 Btw, I like how you are honest about being tired and hungry a lot.

    You should Not be making videos. You clearly don't understand the Technology. You burn calories during a workout by getting your Heart rate up to a specific level and keeping it there for a period of time like an hour. Increasing your heart rate and maintaining it is what burns Calories. People buy expensive home gym equipment and don't sufficiently get their Heart rate up enough to burn calories. A physical work out is great for building muscles but all Physical work outs will Not Burn Calories. The Frustration for people trying to lose weight and maintain the proper weight, doubles when they work out regularly but still don't lose the weight. There are countless Millions of people in this category. The weight loss you get from using a Good Infrared Sauna Blanket is Not just from burning 300 calories in a Half an hour. It is mostly through increasing your Metabolism. It gives you a Higher Metabolism. You will process your food better and burn Fat because of your increased Metabolism. This is Proven Science. For Decades you could only use a Sauna Blanket at very expensive Licensed Health Spas. People would spend, and still do spend, $100.00 every time they used these Professional Infrared Sauna Blankets.

      whole lot of words, but didn’t say a dang thing 😂 increased heart rate due to sauna and increased heart rate due to exercise are not the same. The former is much MUCH more beneficial from a weight loss perspective.

    • @JesusSavesSinners
      @JesusSavesSinners 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@dylanbushby165 No One said that using a Sauna is a work Out replacement! An increased Heart rate is an increased Heart rate period. Most people who work out don't Increase their Heart rate long enough or High enough to be beneficial for Heart Health and Weight Loss. An increased Heart rate in a Sauna is extremely Healthy and is easy to repeat daily giving you consistency which is Extremely important for Heart Health and Weight loss. You will sweat 😅💦 10 times more using a Sauna then during a Workout. The Sauna will cause you to Sweat out Heavy Metals and Toxic Chemicals that you could Not sweat out working out. There are Numerous Benefits from a Sauna you can Never get from Working Out. The Infrared Rays Heal your body they create many Health Benefits which you can look up, TH-cam will Not let me include any links. Gyms have Sauna's because they Work. Sauna's have been around for thousands of years long before Gym Equipment was invented.

    I have a different version which displays the real temp up 80 C 175 F and 600 watt don’t know what this one is. I also bought a comfy cotton waffle insert that soaks up all the sweat, washes on a low/quick wash and drys overnight. I do NOT wash it every time, as I cold shower immediately. Instead I turn it inside out dry over the banister, then turn it back around to alternate, I get at least 3 turns of use before it even being to niff 😁

    Can you recommend and give some idea about becoming a fitness trainer in New York City

    • @AlexRosenFitness
      @AlexRosenFitness 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, absolutely. I can really only speak to my experience specifically, but most trainers in the city either work at a private gym (there's a lot in the city, but maybe harder to break into) or a commercial gym (think blink, equinox, lifetime, etc). I worked at private gyms for several years before starting my own biz and doing my own thing. Which may *sound* glamorous, but in reality, it's a lot of work. Lots of early mornings and late nights training whoever you have to train. If you're good, over time you'll build up your own client base and go the independent route (if that's what you want). But the biggest piece of advice I can give you is 1) Make sure you're in it for the right reasons. By that, I mean that a lot of people are "into fitness" because they like working out, but they're shit trainers because they don't care about helping *other* people reach their goals and then they burn out quick. and 2) Know your stuff, be open to learning, and work hard. Remember, literally *anyone* can get a certification and call themselves a trainer - it's not hard and it doesn't make you a good coach. Being attentive, caring, and providing realistic, science-based coaching to your clients makes you a good trainer. It's not an easy industry but it can be pretty damn rewarding if you stick it out!

      Hey, I appreciate the comment. The fact that you are sweating does in fact mean you are losing *water weight* , this is a wildly misleading comment and at odds with my point. The point being that the calorie burn will be a means of *fat loss* in which one could use this sauna (or any sauna) as a substitute for a diet/exercise program that puts one in a calorie deficit. Also - You're* :)
