Hello, I bought the Light Rider last week. I installed the software on my iPad and it works. I was able to find my moving heads straight away. My problems are: 1. I can't keep the interface online without losing my iPad's WiFi connection. I have to connect to the interface with the iPad, but in doing so I lose the normal WiFi connection from the iPad to my router. 2. I can't get the software to connect to the moving heads, even if I connected everything correctly

I have rasha jinx moving head, can you help me with the profile 🙏

Don't use channel 7! It overlaps with other channels and you will have interference, use 1, 6 or 11 :) It's better to be on a same busy channel than one that overlaps.

Hi. what is the most reliable way to run the LR512 in order to use Link with a Mac connected to internet? I have Serato running with streaming services so I need to be connected to the internet. But I also want to use the Link feature. Is Dual mode the best solution?

Thanks for the video. My issue is that the Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping and have restart I pad and DMX go frequently. Now if I get a Samsung tab and hardwire it will that help?

I am sorry that did not resolve the issue. We have had to restart my DMX go and I pad frequently due to the Wi-Fi disconnecting very frequently. This can be very frustrating during a busy gig. Any other suggestions or product recommendations.

There are USB-A to Lightning cables. I have a couple of them, and this eliminates the need for the Camera Kit adapter.

You need to go deeper with the Moving Heads To show how to get gobo or Prism rotation to work in light rider your missing some of the important stuff

Just bought the new 2021 Light Rider Interface along with 4 moving heads and an Ibiza Scan 1100 laser. The software is able to find the units just fine. But the laser is only working if I enter fixtures and adjust the faders, as soon as I use the live function, the laser shuts off. Any tips here ?
