What your doing here is actually a variant of Osoto guruma, not harai goshi. This exact variant is mentioned in Jigoro Kano's book Kodokan Judo. Also, the difference between o-goshi and uki-goshi isn't the placement of the hip; its just as deep in both cases. The main difference is that O-goshi is one of the lifting variety of hip throws and Uki-goshi is a twisting hip throw.
