Sorry to hear about your job and good luck for your job search. I think it is a good quality to be able to have self reflection and learn from your experience. Some people would have just pointed the blame everywhere else apart from themselves but it is still a positive video, even though I can hear the sadness in your voice. might even bump into you in York in November if my shoulder has healed

@@Babygirlly555 absolutely - but also remembered a few leg grab techniques + yuko/koka is no longer a thing!
