I don’t think Squad 44 getting the Pacific first is going to change anything, I am impressed on how much content they been able to pump out compared to HLL but its going to be pretty difficult to balance and after the initial excitement on release I think ultimately things will go back to normal

I bought it when it came out on PS5, i have 2 hours in gameplay time and that 2 hours is legitimately me starting the game-> logging in-> the game crashes before i can press any button. I got in touch with team 17, they said it was a PlayStation issue and to contact Sony, i contacted sony they said its a team 17 issue.

time for people to get into post scriptu- i mean squad 44... did i mention squad 44 just got a massive 33 vehicle update and is probably going to get a pacific theater update (not dlc) within the next 8 months?

This update is what we have been waiting for, player count is going to increase to 800 players... 😂

I mean, given that Squad having a literal map with an Amphibious assault at its start(Black Coast), I think OWI has enough experience to make the experience for it work on Squad 44

Squad 44 will definitely pull off a better Pacific experience than Team 17 with Hell Let Loose by a milestone.

If BFV had a more realistic, bigger map mod, many people would delete HLL, S44. One of the worst parts of the latter two is the spawn system...

Honestly they deserve that and so do all the people waiting for a game that should of came out last year . Now all the people playing the leak will have a real advantage over everyone else when the multiplayer comes out .

When it comes to artillery you are able to protect yourself completly from recon teams to be honest, although that requires cooperation of more than 2 people on some maps. You can just surround area with barricades and barbed wire, so that recon team won't be able to hit artilery or even come close to it. From the other point, recon team can cooperate with their own team to blast that barbed wire and other structures. Obviously artillery played huge role in ww2 and it has to have huge impact on the game, if you say it should be changed, then you should propose in what way. Cause making artillery even weaker is not the answer in my opinion, when already in public games very often there is nobody playing artillery, since it becomes very quickly pretty boring and not that effective as it seems. Even if you know the location of enemy garrison and you target it with artillery, it takes about 7-8 seconds to shot a single artillery shell, which means enemy has on average few seconds to find cover after spawn on garrison to not die from artillery, which most of the time is enough.

Always has something to whine about It's always impossible it's always broken it's always negative..sorry but some of those arguments why it can't be made are just kinda petty and dumb. you act like it's just not possible to make a game in the Pacific like it requires area 51 alien technology to create or something... It's definitely possible, there are other games who have done it and made it work, would probably be better and more practical if they just made a HLL 2: Pacific theater or something like that and be it's own thing.

Stop comparing the two. HLL is not a milsim like PS. They are two very different games. Sure they are set in WWII but the gameplay is completely different. HLL is more casual and in my opinion way more fun than PS.

The vehicles was not in Post Scriptum's data, old devs were so lazy thats why the game died. The vehicles are coming from a popular community mod PSRM. It is a higly realistic version of the game implementing real-life into the game for more exclusive experience. Therefore it is the communities duty to keep the game alive and decide when it is dead.

It is a lot better in so many ways. I hope it continues to be revived at least to be a direct competitor and get a bigger community

The build is speculated to have been from February of THIS year, also some people saying it could of been from a build last month.

actually artillery was already overpowered back then in the real war. :D

What to fix first…. Crashing, lag, stutter, VoIP, and menu bugs. All of this crap I listed is unacceptable 3 years later on Xbox. No more skins, maps, or vehicles until the game is fixed. Game breaking issues should be priority 1 over all the rest of the nonsense the other players that don’t have these issues are asking for.
