Totally rad one of the best Promoto Mx videos out there showing the Losi bikes on a proper track for it. One of the coolest indoor and outdoor tracks around the area. Btw, owners of the Sandpit RC Racing are down to earth, super nice folks!

Ame as real riding Doing woops you have to keep the throttle up. Stay on the tips of the woops. If you slow do it gets really bumpy. I'm going to modify mine to get that last bit of wheel travel and try the old small spring with larger spring on the same shift.

Have you tried a lighter weight oil.

Thoughts on nitro fuel tubing as a limiter?

I see you have the transponder mounted vertically. Does it work good there? I thought they were supposed to be mounted horizontally down low?

Are the brake pads interchangeable? Have you tested different brake pads materials?

Looks like it was a fun and beautiful day. I unfortunately had a funeral to attend. Hopefully next time.

There is a small hole in the under side of the shock cap. They have to leave a small amount of air in the top of the shock to keep from hydro-locking the shock at full compression. The volume of air can be used to tune how progressive the shock is, similar to using oil height in motorcycle forks. Best thing would be a shock with a piggy back reservoir and bladder.

I bought the Kawasaki model because I’m a Kawasaki fan. I haven’t even taken out of the box that looks like a blast! Wish I had some kind of track to try it out on here in Florida.

So 1 old man 2 the other old man! I raced motoX for 40 years? I been looking for someone that finely seeing what i seen. (the air in the forks) I'm glad to find you and your mods to the forks. So to make sure what you're proposing is, your limiting 10 mm of travel in the forks ability? right? and doing so your keeping the piston in the oil bath and keeping the piston out of the air? so to make sure, your limiting the travel, and you haven't seen any other side effect from a shorter travel. i only question this, is i cant emegin shorting the travel on a full size bike. but understand there are benefit to your mod. ps. i thought i was nuts asking this, your the only person that seeing this. thanks for all your determination finding a fixing this issue losi had to know about. Forks on a mx bike have a shim stack on each side of the "piston" and a bleeder valve on top of fork to remove air after every ride. Bladder is for the nitrogen in rear shocks. I still love your tip. Plan to do it to mine. Have you done the brake mods? I loved those changes to mine.
