Esketamine / Spravato Experience. It worked!
Hi! I have treatment resistant depression. In the past, I have had success with TMS, but this time around I tried Esketamine instead. It went great!
My only side effect was that after treatment and the following day, I'd be especially tired, but still a functioning person nonetheless.

I feel a need to mention- I'm NOT MAKING MONEY ON ANY OF THESE VIDEOS and no one asked me to make them. I know the videos show ads, but I don't have control over that. The reason I made these videos is because it's the kind of information I would have found helpful while I was looking for treatment. I'm just trying to be helpful.
Sorry I'm not a *real* youtuber. I simply don't have time to produce a high quality video. I'm 40 years old. Forgive me.

Thank you for making info on Spavato, and for your transparency. It truly helps others & myself I have dealt with major depression since I was young, those thoughts of suicide, likes to pop its ugly head up from time time. Im grateful I have a loving relationship with YAHUAH, my higher power. So often, I pretend it doesn't exsist, getting my gratitude list out, faking it until I make it. It truly is a chemical imbalance, and lack of folic acid. I take Deplin, its true when they say, happy gut, happy head. Constipation is not your friend. I have had around 300 tms treatments, 50 min per sessions . It never worked. When, I was born, the umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck, cutting oxygen off from my brain. Growing up, I had a difficult time in my studies. Later, I have had 2 concussions. The Spavato treatments have been a game changer for me. Its connecting the dots in my brain, its wild. Its not an over night thing. I go once a week now, and will continue to do so Its all process. I recommend Coda Meetings online. Coda helps tremendously. They have online meetings everyday. As I like to say "Staying in the Solution" Is key . Keep making the videos, Best Regards

You can literally see it in your face at each check in you’re getting better. This gives me so much hope. I just found out about this treatment and I’m really wondering why my clinic never mentioned it before *sigh* the only hurdle I have to get over now to qualify is that I have a pacemaker. Magnets interfere with pacemaker settings and I’m 100% dependent on it so I’m really scared they’ll say I can’t. There’s conflicting research on whether pacemaker patients can do it I’m just hoping my electrophysiologist can figure something out even if that means getting a new mag safe pacer. I’m willing to do whatever at this point I’m tired.

Perhaps your mother would be comforted if you allowed her to monitor you- for younger people (I don't know how old you are) there is sometimes an increased risk of self-harm as a side-effect of treatment. This might be why she was wary of it. Also, I admit, the treatment just kind of sounds weird! It's legit, though. I got it in a real doctor's office. :)

Thanks for sharing your experience, Kristin. I’ve had struggles with depression on & off for years starting in my teens, but it was always passive & would go away quickly or I had things to distract myself in the interim so I didn’t have to think about it. I’m now 25 & the last 3 years of my life have been pure hell with little to no signs of improvement other than my anxiety improving significantly. I’ve tried several meds, different types of therapy including individual & group, then I most recently tried 36 sessions of TMS around 6 months ago which was very painful & a slog for me to get through only to get no result at all, I’m still so disappointed by it & I feel like a complete nutcase with no much wrong with me considering the success rate only for it to do absolutely nothing for me. Spravato is about the only thing left for me to try, but I’m super cautious & can only imagine it being another pathetic failure. I’m so sick of feeling like this & just want my life back, I hate being so miserable, sad & lonely. I just want to get better & hate having others see me like this, especially my Mom. 😔

I do take Prozac for depression along with other daily meds for anxiety and ADHD. When my Doc said to me, "let's hope it lasts a long time," I didn't realize it may "fade away" if you will. I already tried prayer. I even went to see special people who miraculously healed a brain tumor. I prayed with every ounce of faith I had. But what if God blessed the hands of the people who created this therapy? Maybe this therapy IS the answer to my prayers. I have no idea what the answer is, but maybe.

that is true also. God may have blessed the hands of these therapists. I was just saying because I prayed my schzophrenia away and I don’t have it anymore. but I prayed for 8 hours everyday for a week. I’m gonna start taking 4,000 milligrams of vitamin d in addition to praying. I guess what works for one person may not work for the next. anyway, God bless you sweetheart and I love you. people love you.

Thank you for your videos! They are the most honest, from-the-heart videos I’ve seen on the topics you cover. Giving of yourself by making these helps people. In part because of this video, I just had my first ketamine session a few days ago, using an online provider. I felt tremendous relief after just one session, it was a doozy of a session, really knock me out. But not scary. Ketamine and esketamine are amazing.

@@HookerTheWriter Sure. I used BetterU. I haven’t used others so I can’t compare, but I do feel like they provide some support and are a great value. I was impressed that the person doing my intake was being very careful about checking for potential contraindications for my starting treatment, and also discussing what to expect. I feel so lucky to have found this medication, the transformation is profound. Thanks again for your contribution to my finding it.

If you look up one of the machines (like neurostar or brainsway) the site likely has a tool to find treatment facilities. That's how I found the clinic I went to. Without insurance, though, it's probably unaffordable. Perhaps you could look into esketamine nasal spray? I'm not sure how much that costs without insurance either, but it requires fewer sessions.

@@HookerTheWriter watched one video of your testimony about how long remission lasting, and relapse started back? i read some medical articles says maintenance sessions sometimes called preventative to relapse. there is protocol of 5 sessions in two days, other still confirm a preventative session preferable before potential relapse. but looks health insurance policies prefer patient relapse first and then they ask for trying again conventional medicine if it resists again then they authorize again.
