Why go through all that dash disturbing harness crap? For the same money, buy a D4 TECH START/STOP ELIMINATOR instead. It plugs into the OBD-II port. Takes 10 seconds to install, and less to remove, if you need to.

I’m sure the ride is or was awful. I did this with corvette wheels on my 00 S10 extreme. The two inch spacers made the ride at 65+ terrible! I put 20 in R/T wheels on my 00 R/T Dakota.

I worked for a cat dealer for almost a decade and had several sets. Never had alot of luck with them. Always seemed too brital. I was using them as screw drivers not pry bars. Never had the same issues with most other screwdrivers. Just my own observation.

this is a very late comment. I am putting the same wheels on mine as soon as the order gets shipped here. Suppose to not need spacers for these wheels. Just a little work with a grinder on the front control arms. Also the stock size r/t tires are 28" tall 255/55/17 not 27".

Once you remote start how do you get to driving your truck? Do you still have to insert key turn it over or can you just get in put in drive reverse & go or what??

I just did mine but heater does not turn on. Had to push the start button once for the heater to work. I bought this for the reason to heat up my car especially during winter. Does your heater or ac turn on with the remote start?

Now how much is FORscan and a connector going to cost me? The horn beeping is an issue and I don't want the neighbors to hate me.

adhesive promoter is generally used on plastics or something you cant sand. the lid was powdercoated so it shoulda been sanded if ya want the raptor liner to bite into the metal instead of laying on top.
