That house has recently had a new roof by the look of things, probably the reason everything is still so dry and intact! I hope someone gets to rescue it soon as it is still a beautiful house and would take minimal work to restore. Good luck with your channel and look forward to future explores!

You should of brought some clippers along to cut some of those bushes as you walked up to the house

There was letters behind the door so you could find the names of people who lived there and possibly find out where they are, I wonder if it was during covid they left? And maybe have stayed looking after family? If they had died someone would inherit it, if it were on a mortgage it would be repossessed and if it’s rented then the rent must be being paid.

my guess it was a son .looking after an elderly parent for awhile ..but he must have died too....probably in his 60s...

First time I have seen your video! Would have loved a shot of the garden from the window! Such a neat, Interesting house (until ransacked and burgaled!) you don’t have to be decrepit to die! I would imagine he would be 70s 80s. . Definitely one of the best explores I’ve seen.

think an older gent lived there used to be in a group became ill and daughter and child looked after him maybe untill he died then seemed to leave in a hurry feels like its been a happy house tinged with sadness later shame would make someone a lovely home with a bit of tlc maybe look into what the council does with abandoned property surely the neighbors dont want to live nxt door to this as it is

My word this is a totally different explore and I'm loving it.There is some moneys worth in all those CDs what a collection and what a shame that they are going to be destroyed over time.Sad vibes from this home such a pity .Scary we are here one minute and then gone and leaving worldly items behind and all that you own going to wreck and ruin. He was maybe a one parent family. 😔 ❤💙 xxx

He ended up in a Hospital or could be dead. Some times you go to the Hospital they won't let you go and you end up in a nursing home. Unless I'm drying I won't go within a mile of a hospital or doctors office.
