@@AlgarveAppetite That's funny because in the south eastern portion of my home state the majority of the Portuguese who live here are either from Madeira or Sao Miguel. My family is from Sao Miguel originally.

No we are not certain of her breed. She was rescued and we got her from a friend when she was only 5 weeks old.

@@AlgarveAppetite suspect she is a Rafeiro de Alenteijo in that case ( not sure of the spelling) ,one of my favourite Portuguese breeds,but yes, a lot to train and tons of energy when not lying flat out in the shade, she's a beauty!

I can not stress enough how much I was pleasantly surprised by octopus. It is NOTHING like I thought it would taste...when you come to Portugal I have another recommendation for Octopus in the Algarve (should be the next video)

Hi thanks for the support and the comment. Ya..NoSolo was pricey for what it was, but perfectly acceptable apart from that. I agree Paula was a honey and a great waitress. I guess the price is as much to do with Villamoura Marina as NoSolo, I expect other restaurants are the same. We will need to go back and try some other restaurants to see. Stay tuned as we have some great reviews coming up !!

Thanks so much for the comment! I live near Armação de Pêra I have seen Mr Naan, but not tried it yet. We will pay a visit so stay tuned. Regarding Sushi, Matuya is great value... and yes I am amazed to see a small tray of stale sushi in the supermarket (it is the same in Portugal btw) for a tenner, when you can get all you can eat for under 20! Thanks for being a fan and please spread the word...this TH-cam game is hard work .. lol! But kind supportive comments make all the difference
