Watched it the day before yesterday. I haven't actually taken the plunge into Mad Max but this movie hooked me. I love the world building, visual storytelling, the confidence the presentation had in the lore and characters. The chapter structure was fun, but i also could feel this movie having the structure of a book. With how the story was told, so much with visuals and actions with so much flavor while dialogue was more sparse but impactful. Really looking forward to when I sit down for Fury Road

My favourite Pixar films are Monsters Inc, Toy Story 2, Cars, Toy Story, and Elemental

Dude im gonna go see it by myself tomorrow and you got me hyped. I loved fury road and i was hyped to see this. But my friends don’t seem to really be interested. The general consensus seems to be that this a an excellent movie thats getting butchered at the box office. I remember feeling regretful that i didnt get to watch fury road at the theatre so i didnt wanna make the same mistake twice
