I like these types of videos. You did a great job showing the process and how easy being a mechanic can be to work on your own machine. Have a good weekend!
Hey buddy!, Yeah, hopefully this will help somebody out in the future if they have to do the same repair. I enjoy working on the machines in the winter keeps me busy. Thanks for checking out the video, my friend!
I'm so mad at myself. When I bought my new ATV, I wanted a Grizzly forever, but I was very upset with their price. So instead bought a CF Moto 600 and don't get me wrong it's been a good machine I've had it since 2021 with over 3000 km but honestly if I just spent the money I would have had the wheeler I wanted and the extra money would have been long forgotten about. I like how the Grizzlies are a lighter machine they have great ground clearance, plenty of torque, and just bulletproof reliable.
I hear ya, it’s always a tossup when shopping for a new machine trying to save money and go with the CF Moto. Our machines have been pretty reliable over the years. Thanks for checking out the video, my friend!
Don’t quote me on this but I don’t think the green grease keeps the water out technically it doesn’t wash away I think. Something like that. Great video
Hey Nathan, well hopefully it last longer than the regular chassis grease I had used before haha Thanks for checking out the video. Much appreciated!
I like the shop videos brother. You’ve got a nice shop to work in.
Hey buddy, glad you like the shop videos. Thanks about the shop too and for checking out the video!
Great informative video, good riding and good wrenching, thanks for all the time you put in, I know it has to be a ton of editing on your end, we all appreciate it 👍🏻💪🏻😁
Hey Steve, Yeah winter time is time to do the shop videos. Maybe it’ll help somebody out if they need to make the repair on their shocks. Glad you like the videos, we appreciate your support always!
Great video Jeff! Always enjoy your shop videos. Good idea on adding the grease to help keep water out. That will surely help.
Hey Rod, yeah you and I both like to get out in the shop and work on the machines. Heck that’s part of the fun of riding is keeping them going. Hopefully the waterproof grease will stay in there a little longer? Thanks for watching buddy!
Great video Jeff. That will be my next investment just not as fancy as yours.
Heyyy Tim, I really do like the way that Elka make the machine ride. But with that being said, they are much more maintenance to the Elka’s. Thanks for checking out the video buddy. Much appreciated!
Awesome shop video buddy! I love watchin' these. You're a good teacher!
Hey buddy, thanks for tuning in! Maybe it will help somebody out that needs to repair their shocks.
What is repacking a muffler? Is that something you need to do for stock mufflers? I enjoy your videos and keep them coming.
Hey Taylor, packing the muffler is only something that needs to be done to aftermarket mufflers. There’s a lot of videos out there on doing that process that’s why I didn’t make a video of that. Thanks for checking out the video!
Can't believe that you didn't replace the seals going back together.
Yup, I know it, thought about that after the fact. I’ll have to call up Elka and order them. That’s always a pain in the ass. Thanks for checking out the video!
Looks good kc always need lil love to keep performing great you showing those who may need the info .
Hey Norm, yeah buddy gotta keep the Elka’s riding for a few more years! Hopefully the video may help somebody out someday. Thanks for watching and appreciate you dropping a comment!
Thanks for video, new to atv riding, thinking about going to fingers lake because it is close. I know I have to watch which trails I take thanks to your videos.
Hi Randy, yeah buddy you can definitely find some winch trails there! If you go there, have fun be safe. Appreciate you checking out the video!
what comms/recorder are you guys using? My wife and I used to trail ride every weekend almost 20 years ago. The life got in the way (kids). My son took an interest in it over a year ago. I brushed off the dust of my 2004 Kingquad and we hit the trails. in December, we purchased 2 new Polaris 850 Ultimate trails. We have been having a blast the last 2 months. i found your videos about a week ago. the comms between riders is an awesome idea. we need to have that for sure. any guidance in this area is appreciated. Great videos and great teamwork with your group. I have fun watching, i know you guys/gals are having fun ridin'
@@CharlesDickey-om5xg Hi Charles, that’s cool. You are riding with your family and having fun! Yes, the comms give the riding a whole new dimension being able to talk to each other. After using them, we couldn’t imagine riding without them now. We use Sena 30K units The 30K units allow you to connect via the mesh network, which allows for more than just 4 riders connected. We are filming with the GoPro 7 black. Glad you found our channel and are enjoying the videos. Thanks for watching and appreciate you dropping a comment!
Thanks for reply. We have a few gopros as well. Haven't added anything to YT. Right now it's for our fun. Thanks again.
What phone mounts are you using ?
@@popsnorthcutt1741 it’s called Nelson Rigg phone holder. Thanks for checking out the video!
@ Thank you
Hey is there any chance you could make playlists with dates on them? I know it would be quite an undertaking, but for us new subscribers it would be awesome to start at the beginning of your videos without having to search the entire lineup. Just a thought and thank you for considering it!
Yeah, that is a good idea for new subscribers who are wanting to watch our videos in order from when we started. Yup it would be time-consuming. I’ll see if I can’t do that at some point. Appreciate you being a new subscriber! Thanks for checking out the videos!
That’s cool you have a 2014 grizzly. The 14 and 15 are identical and the last of that style. The RPM gauge is from KOSO North America It has RPM and water temperature also A/F ratio. That’s awesome. You got your wife a new wheeler hope you guys have fun riding together. Thanks for checking out the video. Much appreciated!
I have a 2014 Grizzly and noticed you have an RPM gauge above the instrument cluster. What kind of unit is it and how difficult is it to wire up? I live in AR in Conway if it's better to contact me. I have a couple videos up of my Grizz if you care to watch em and hope to have another very soon as we just bought my wife a new wheeler. Thanks so much

Yeah, they are some rugged fun trails! Glad you liked the video. Appreciate you checking it out and dropping a comment!
Awesome ride! The rock ruin was a cool spot to get down and have a look around while enjoying lunch. It looked like a large family might have lived there since the wall looked long. It is always a joy to watch your videos. Take it easy man.
Hey buddy, yeah, I agree the Rock wall went on for a long ways was really a big area. Some cool trails in that area for sure. Thanks for checking out the video, my friend!

Great ride again guys, I wish I could make the trip to ride with you guys one weekend, just a little far for me to travel here in Ohio. Keep up the good work, love the videos 👏🏻👍🏻💪🏻
Hey Steve, we have had a couple of folks from Ohio join us one time. Yup it is a long trip that’s for sure. Glad you enjoyed the video. We appreciate you checking them out!
WOW, awesome new trails with lots of cool finds! Looked like a GREAT day of exploring! - - - 26 degrees?! Yikes, that pretty cool. What do you use for heat in your camper? Was there frost on the bikes in the morning? I guess the best thing about quadding this time of year is that you get the trails all to yourself - lol - - - 11:52 - HAHAHA!!! - - - 18:22 - that is so friggin' cool! I'd love to know the history on that wall! - - - 21:45 - WOW, that's a beauty spot!!! - - - 30:09 - AND another cool find! Wouldn't it be great if there was an app on your phone you could use to tell you the history of the location you were standing at? Like, when was that place built & by whom? There are so many random places in the middle of that forest that it really makes you scratch your head and wonder, "What the heck were they doing there to survive?" Maybe they were just poor farmers, but maybe that was a secret hideout of some famous bank robber? Thumbs up indeed buddy👍- - - 33:46 - why do you wear rubber gloves under your other gloves? Just curious. - - - Awesome video buddy! It was a good one with my morning coffee! - - - One last question: What brand of mic's are you using for your GoPro's? I can't seem to find one for Taco's helmet that will drown out his noisy clutch - lol - text me a link (if you buy them on-line that is) - - -
Hey buddy!, Awesome comment wow! Took me a minute to read it.LOL Yeah, I believe there was frost on the machines when we first got up. I think we waited till about 10:30 to head out for that ride, waiting for it to warm up a bit. That would be cool if your phone had an app for the history of the location for sure! I always wonder too of how much work it took to build those walls and how many people it took to do so. You know they were up in there for a long time to do something like that. Were they living up in there? You would think they had to have been to spend time it would’ve took to build something like the wall. The rubber gloves under my gloves help keep my hands a little more warm. I’ll check on what mic I have and a new one that I installed on the street bike helmet I really like it. Cut down on a lot of other noise and works extremely well. When I come in the house later on, I will text you that info. Thanks for the awesome comment, buddy. Always appreciate it!
Great Video. Hopefully in a couple years I can get me another 4 wheeler. I love my sxs but want an atv also. Have fun and stay safe
Hey buddy!, Hopefully you can make that happen get another 4 Wheeler Thanks for checking out the video, my friend!
ATVs are so much more fun! Get one
Great ride, very interesting. Cool old house foundation. Looking forward to you exploring the area. Thanks for sharing ! Have a safe and blessed week.
Hey Phillip, I agree the old house foundation was cool. Yeah hopefully we get back down there this year and explore that area some more. Thanks for checking out the video, my friend!
Where is this at?
Chadwick ride park in Chadwick Missouri. Mark Twain Forest. Thanks for checking out the video!
Why were the rock walls made? Any civil war battles around there? I know in Va they made rock walls for the battles in the civil war. When do you think the house was built and when was it abandoned?
Hi Steve, on the rock walls from i’ve heard the rock wall was a place to stack the rocks to clear them from an area for garden planting. I have no idea when the old house foundation was built? We didn’t see any markings or anything indicating a year of-built. Thanks for checking out the video. Much appreciated!
Thanks for the tour folks.. Nice trails 👍✌🇨🇦
Hey Bill, you’re welcome! Glad you enjoyed the tour. Appreciate you checking out the video and dropping a comment.
Nice rock wall. Nice remains of a house. Nice looking trails. Shop videos cool how about some snow videos ? Glad to see you out riding. Been to cold here. Hope to see you in the spring.
Hey Tim!, Yeah, it was a fun ride checking out some of those new areas we hadn’t been before. The old foundation ruins was cool! Yup already filmed one shop video will probably do another. I don’t know about a snow rides? Thanks for checking out the video buddy. Much appreciated!
Old foundations like that you could find relics if you had a metal detector with you.
Hey Don, heck yeah metal detector, that’s a good idea! I bet you could find some relics around one of those old Homestead ruins. Thanks for checking out the video buddy and appreciate you dropping a comment.
Pretty cool trails kc some great finds love the ohhh i'll record you ha ha ha my wife would give me a smack lol . Cool have a new vid to watch on my tv as stuck at home after a second operation home bound . Look.like awesome few days riding cheers .
Hey Norm, man oh man hate to hear you had another operation. Hope you heal up quick! Yeah, some cool trails with some great finds! Rock wall and the old foundation ruins Thanks for checking out the video buddy. Always appreciate it!
Those looked like pretty good trails. I always find a lot of cool things when we are not riding on the marked trails. Rock wall the that foundation are some examples..
Hey buddy!, Yup you never know what you’re gonna come across out in the woods. Like you say, especially when it’s on unmarked trails. Thanks for checking out the video, my friend!
