I noticed that through the timeline, Crowley's eyes become less and less yellow, as if he is becomming less and less a demon. When they're in the garden of Eden, his eyes are completelly yellow with snake pupils, but during the last scene, the amount of yellow is almost the same as a normal eye colour. I also think that the demonic feature of his eyes is why he always wears sunglases after his mission with Job; he hates being a demon, that that his eyes betray that fact.

Wait, wait! I think I've just spotted something - when Jayce and the councillor bloke are speaking they are obviously keeping the hexcore in a temperature regulated room. You can see Jayce's breath. Im not on either side of the Crolweys fault vs Aziraphales fault for the last scene. Both of them have issues that need sorting. Aziraphale quite clearly has religious trauma with heaven and may not know how to approach any feeling he may have for crowley. Crowley has only just realised how obvious his love is and knows no other ways of expressing it. They both just need to sit down and have a nice chat and then snuggle for 89 minutes of the film
