You don't even need to corner a sow with her cubs to get attacked. If you are remotely in between them, in any way, she will charge. Have you had first hand experiences with bears in the wild, too?

@ … oh yes. I’ve seen a many of them up close and personal! Hahaha… I had one across a ravine from me with 2 cubs. At first, she stood on her hind legs and growled. Then, I smacked two rocks together as loud as I could and she scuttled up the mountain side scurrying them along in front of her. Plus, many other experiences where they just turned and eased away after surveying me.

@ I'll have to remember and do a "story time" video and tell some of my bear experiences hiking or hunting in the mountains back home.

In the past they would get people that would throw the bags over the fence, but the employees would go through the trash, find stuff with a name and address, and actually call the police. They would get hefty fines for "littering" because it was not put in the bins. So, if I miss them, or they close early like that day, I don't risk it, I just go by another time. It is on the way to town anyway and not worth the fine.

I don't remember what the temperature was outside that day. Ummm, it was cold? Hahahaha.

Yeah, it's a really good song. I lot of folks think Willie wrote it, but he did not. The song was written by Fred Rose back in 1945. I actually like George Jones' version better than Willie's. George, I believe, recorded it before Willie.

It is a very good song. I talked to her a couple of weeks back and she told me she had fun with me. It made me so happy that she had fun with her Papaw. 😁 Were your roads out your way clear, like they were here? I actually went for a bike ride today. It was in the low 40s, and the sun was just starting to go down when I got home. It was starting to get a bit nippy, I didn't bring my heated gear.

@ … yes, our roads were all pretty clear. They got them cleaned up pretty quickly.

Did you not see the animals? There are real animals, but in the beginning of the video I was showing some cement animals that were painted, but most were real ones.

Salamat po. I used to play in the music ministry at a church where I used to live. I have also sang in the choir. That was a long time ago and since then I have had three medical procedures done in my throat, nothing major, but it did impact the way I sing. I used to sing a LOT better. I pray that your son learns quickly. If he learns a little bit about how a keyboard is layed out, it will help him a lot with learning guitar.

​They are planning a ride, but I'm not sure of the route. The forecast is calling for highs in the low 40s. My old butt can't handle that cold of a temp, riding for 2 hours my friend. Yes, I am a wimp.😢

The group is planning a route, but I have no clue where. The temperature will be in the high 30's to low 40's so I guess I've turned into a wimp. No riding for me tomorrow but I will be meeting them for lunch in Watertown at the Depot Junction at 1, in the nice, heated truck.
