ڈاکٹر صاحب میں نے 6 ہفتے پہلے یہ ڈائٹ شروع کی۔میں 12 بجے 2/3انڈے اور کافی/گرین ٹی لیتی رہی۔۔۔پھر شام 6/7بجے مٹن بیف چکن فش کوئی بھی چیز گرین ٹی لیتی رہی۔اس کے بعد کچھ نہیں۔یعنی 18 گھنٹے کی فاسٹنگ بھی ہوتی رہی۔پہلے ہفتے 3 کلو دوسرے ہفتے 0 ۔تیسرے ہفتے 2۔چوتھے ہفتے ایک۔9 کلو کم ہونے کے بعد 2 کلو پھر بڑھ گیا۔میں شوگر پیشنٹ بھی ہوں۔2 ٹیبلٹس چھوڑ چکی ہوں
ماشاءاللہ اگلے مہینے آپ منفی میں چلی جائیگی
