One of the best and informative podcast. I must say you are very thorough with the numbers and have practical view points on Pune real estate. I am looking for some information. How to connect?
Good video! It would be nice to get some more data about other upcoming cities as well if that is possible Definitely subscribing, please bring more such guests for conversations
Noted Kunal but I usually don’t get too technical bcoz we have people from all walks of life here. So I try to keep it as simple as possible. But thanks for your comments, I will use this during video of ROI video.
Please make a video on pune east shirur and ranjangaon upcoming development possibilities and town planning schemes recently there the indias longest flyiver has been proposed please cover all the topics and also sir please tell if the ranjangaon will come in pmrda or not please atleast one video on pune east area
Please make a analysis video on growth prospects of real estate in south pune and location of the proposed purandar international airport. Should we invest there?
South Pune is already covered in our video ‘Where to Invest in Pune’, go check it out and let me know in comments. About Purandhar, it’s too early so just hold on for now, the location has been shifted 4 times before this in the last 20 years. If you need help in investing otherwise, you are welcome to connect with us on WhatsApp.
Singhad road is best options in plotting business for gated community.this area is surrounded by natural environment without industrial pollution. This is best time to explore new ways in real estate development.
Absolutely correct….Pune is blessed with so many good locations full of nature…no wonder why buyers are flocking these places. Thank you for the comments.
basic problem that I see is dearth of basic services like water, electricity, road etc. in the major part of the city. Pune not being state capital has many issues with law and order as well. I am not very bullish on the city as it's maxing out it's advantages.
Sir Hinjewadi, wakad, poonawale, thathwade, ravet. Pls explore these locations and let us know which is better. Bcoz most of the companies shifted near to highway. Also WTC, EON construction are in progress near wakad. Pls make one episode on that it's really helpful for all of us.
Prices are hiked but not backed by fundamentals.Baner me price hai to infrastructure hai ya ban raha hai. What about thathwade, punawale, kiwale,no infrastructure present to support the current prices.
Mahalunge is a promising location, entry price will play an important role in ascertaining the worth of it. For consultation you can connect over WhatsApp.
It’s absolutely good to enter, just check the entry price and status of the project before investing. Apply your buying parameters. For more help check out my video ‘How to Buy a House’. Hope this helps.
@@berrynut7035Main issues with Hinjawadi Phase 2 is water availability and power cuts due to Gram Panchayat. Metro will ease traffic congestions in Hinjawadi.
It’s good, you can go for it. Don’t forget to apply your parameters and make an assessment. For more inputs just watch my video ‘How to buy a House’ and ‘Land investment made easy’. Hope this satisfies your query.
I feel pune is not good for long term investment as it is having to much dependency on IT as other industries was before also in pune. I personally lived in pune for long but nothing beats cities like Mumbai in investment as its not dependent on any industry.
That’s a nice perception Shubham and I also agree that no city can come close to Mimbai when it comes to money, that’s why it is known as Financial Capital of India, my Video Mumbai’s Investment Secrets gives a complete insight about it. But Pune too is one of the promising cities of India and already on world map, no one can take away this from it.
Absolutely! Ahmedabad and Pune are definitely on the rise in the real estate market. The growth potential is impressive, especially with their affordability!
