    Thank you so much for the shout out! I am definitely doing your version with all that cheese and I will be playing with turkey pepperoni and the chicken sausage. Now, I'm hungry! Lol

    Instead of egg beaters use spray “I can’t believe it’s not butter” it is better in my opinion I like making a chicken bacon ranch one version of this

    I think the calories are even less:
    60 g. self rising flour (200)
    85 g. fat free greek yogurt (45)
    2 sausage links (140)
    112 g fat free cheese (180)
    565 calories total

      I calculated the flour at 220 cal because of the extra I put on the counter when needing it. I also calculated a little extra calories for the seasonings. I’d rather be on the high-end and be a little bit wrong then be on the low end and miss inform people.
